The battery does charge to 80% quickly. You just have to use a battery USB-C charger with at least 30W. DJI doesn't mention this. I have a 65W battery charger and it charges to 80% quickly. Using a regular phone charger, the screen will just say charging and it'll take longer to charge. With the 30W and 65W chargers it says "fast charging" on the screen. So, if you have a DJI drone, it may have come with a 30W or 65W battery charger.
Enjoyed the video mate and used it while exploring my own Pocket 3. Quick question, are you able to control the unit via mimo without it connected to wifi? and if so how do you enable this. ie, using it out on the trails with no wifi available...
Super video, as usual, Dylan! Just picked this up so will be watching your channel for more info on Osmo 3 Pocket. In addition to Final Cut Pro and everything else you cover on your channel!
Yo! What a timing, I just got this cool piece of tech yesterday, and somehow hadn’t seen this video until this morning 😵💫 Thanks a lot for this tutorial! I got this pocket 3 for live streaming to UA-cam and got it working (after a little battle and UA-cam) fairly well just pushing buttons, trying this and that and seeing what happens from where 😂 I really like the thing that I kinda “can’t” do my usual multiday edit-sessions after a shoot and get these “Hang out with me” videos out raw and uncut fast. Have you done any live streaming btw? Pocket 3 was pretty much what I expected following me while me doing drywall finishing! Have to dive in deeper in the settings today. Seems like at least the ext mic didn’t get along in the action, sound was breaking a bit from time to time. Thanks again and have an AWESOME day!
No problemo amigo! Glad you saw it 🤘🏼 it's such a sweet little camera. I'm really enjoying it. I likely won't use it for live-streaming but I'm excited to play around with it more when I travel. Stoked you're enjoying it as well!
@@dylanjohndickerson OK, I guess most times the simplest answer is the right one, however other reviewers stated that were one to LOSE the 512 it would be a lot of footage lost! Thanks for the quick answer!

😂 I promise you you won't. The quality is phenomenal for such a small camera. I'm going to be creating a lot more content on it in the near future. And bringing it to Poland 😉

Hello there, silly question. I recently purchased my osmo pocket and it’s in Japanese I think? Can you help me change the language? Some is English and some is only Japanese.. thank you for your time. Great video by the way.. very helpful.

Hello
I bought Osmo Pocket 3 , but when I record video about 10 minutes it get too warm, is that normal ?
Did you shoot this video at the abandoned hotel in Minas Gerais, Brazil?
Nope! It's an abandoned theme park in Bali, Indonesia.
Hello, at 02:46 you said you wished you had gone with a 512 instead, ... WHY?
So I could hold more media on it
