thanx again todd, youve done lessons on 2 of my favorite songs of all time in the past 2 days, lol. great lesson....descendents and misfits are like my 2 favorite punk bands. both have a lot of melody despite being badass punk rock bands, this song has a strong pop element for sure. your the man todd! any other descendents lessons you could do in the future would be awesome as well, theres like no descendents guitar lessons on youtube....
I would have loved to see you do the guitar song part at the end. Great choice of a PowerPunkPop tune I just found and cannot stop playing video with lyrics. Mark Hoppus founder of Blink 182 said it inspired him to play in Punk. Turns out this ONE SILLY LOVE song in punkoid mode must have made a billion dollars for all or more associated with Blink 182 if the two singers are worth $100,000,000 million + now. Showing love and heart and tears with sweet tunes like this with great hard riffs are so important methinks. Song tears me up. Hits the lost love of us all in Punkoid mode without the fake frigid hate of love and sexually therein from '77.
8 years later this still helps
Do more descendent guitar lessons there's none on UA-cam
One of my all time favorite songs. Thanks man!
I rarely leave comments but I thought you taught how to play the song superbly. Great song too.
thank you so much for watching :)

Thanks for the Video. I think that the verse strumming pattern is played using all downstrokes with a few variations.
Love this song man
Great lesson man
thank you for this!
Was Carl filming this while you played 😉
