Great video! This helped me. I was always used to Merengue instead, and when I saw you demonstrating the dramatic hip movement on each step, I was watching thinking, _No, that's not "weird" that's just a different dance; it's how it's supposed to be done in Merengue._ And so, you helped me learn that Bachata is quite different than Merengue in that the knees should be relaxingly bent resulting in not so much a hip movement, unlike Merengue where each leg takes turns being straight with the other bent, resulting in a desired hip movement.
Thank you for the wonderful tips. It is basic but important. I find it it difficult to isolate body parts while dancing especially hip and pelvis. DO you have any video where the isolation of body organs explained in detail with exercises? I appreciate very much.
