    Oh my word please carry on with the hip videos, I have been dancing for a while but my hips where always the problem. Got dropped out performance group today but plan on working on my hips to make my dancing more appealing.

    Wonderful tutorial! My left sides always been my dominant side and this exercise showed me how tight my right side muscles are in comparison. I will definitely save this video for the future. Thank you ❤🙏🏽

    I would love a hip movement video series! My hips are over flexing (very very flexible but click while I move them which loses the fluidity that makes it sexy and beautiful. You you have any tips for that or do I just need to move them more? I guess that would strengthen the joints...

      It sounds like you need to balance the the flexibility with strength. However the clicking could be a joint problem as well or you may be forcing the hip movement more than your body is prepared for.

    I have watched a couple of your videos. They were excellent. I am struggling to learn various hip movements for bachata. Do you have any video on body isolation? I would appreciate very much.
