Yah i don't shower every day as yes its not good at all specially washing you're hair unless you're hair is not healthy than shower every day. People say not shower everyday and you're hair is cause of the oil we need oil on our body so our skin won't get damage. That's why people also need to put on lotion if you have bad dry skin. But what i do is also take showers at night time i think its pointless to take a shower during the morning but i do put on smell sprey and deodorant on. For me its useless since you'll get dirty by the time you leave you're house plus it helps me sleep at night to.
