Just push it back a week or 2. Potentially injuring yourself further just because you think you have to is a dumb move. What's better? Heal up and do it in a week or so, or do it anyways and be possibly injured worse for a month?

Bro, once again she is stoned on stream, and repeatedly yapping about "drugs and getting high". I got she is burnt out and feeling depressed, I feel bad for her, but I hope she, somehow, realizes that jumping into drugs is the worst way to deal with it, and will damage her image with big sponsors, like AT&T. This will demotivate her even more, and she will want to be just chilling, relaxing, chilling, relaxing, and then, stop caring. As someone who has struggled with drugs for years, I know what I'm talking about and I'm just sad to see people in chat encouraging her to do heroin. I remember knut telling her to get some new friends in one of the gym streams, maybe he's right. I'm not liking this new extraemily era, I just left discord because people there are so protective and don't accept any bad thoughts about drugs. Sorry for my long rant, but she is my favorite streamer, and I expect her to thrive and succeeds... not derailing and becoming the next justaminx. PS: Mushrooms are not so safe as many people think. Also for the backflip someone using an arm at the base of your spine for you to roll over backwards is a good middle stage to learning in on your own

Secret tip being closer to the edge and springs will boost your momentum in the direction you want to go

Your arms are moving contrary to the momentum that you are looking for in a Forward front flip, the whole flip needs to be one momentum direction and the power needs to come from the front of your body not the back because of the momentum being switched last second and the power coming from the back of your body you are working harder and against the forward momentum

For backflip u need to practice the rolling backwards then different shoulders then add height slowly

She should practice landing without flipping since she is only missing the landing lol
