Right learning pronunciation ahead is pretty useful and reasonable way for you to go. Even if it is a simple sentence you already know, if you can't speak it fluent like natives, it's hard to go on a next round. You want to be fluent not just know what that is. I am running a channel that teaches Korean language and culture too. If you are interested in getting some of informations, you can come and check it out 😉
this is really useful! I was actually surprised that I could read along with the paragraph with you reading it out-loud, but I am not yet confident enough to do that by myself with no assistance. more practice for me then :)
This is such a wonderful tip for exercising Korean! I just picture a learner doing these everyday just like we work out everyday! Warming up the tongue with pronunciation, expanding to longer sentences like deeper stretching or harder muscle exercise! Doing this daily or a few days a week would definitely show results in a short period of time! My patrons were sharing this video and sharing their experiences, so you know the learners are loving it where you may not see, TTMIK family!
Yes! I've been in this situation way too often, and I feel really frustrated. Whenever I see my Korean tutor I can't find my words, but then when I leave I have loads of sentences in my head. I'm seeing her again tomorrow so I'll try warming up first! Thanks for the great tips :) Have a nice day
Right. If you don't know how to speak, then, everything you know is useless. You want to have it in use. Try yourself with your words ahead. Do not think of your first language to translate what that means. Get your Koean in a direct way. Know yourself you wanna be fluent in Korean not just know some sentences. I run my channel that helps learning Korean language and culture. If you are interested in that, you can come and check it out :)
That is what i am saying man. And also Snacky Korean too..? Maybe..? My videos are not that high quality as ttmik the editing is not so great but i also teach some language and culture of Korea. If you like it? You can go on my channel to see what it has. Hope you have a good day 😊
This is so so so helpful! I especially appreciate being able to see the speaker enunciate while also seeing the 한글. I still get tongue-tied after 5 syllables, but watching (and speaking along) on repeat to train my speaking & listening "muscles" 😅
i have an online 1:1 korean lesson in 30 mins so i’m warming up with this video to not stumble over my words for half of it!! honestly just doing exercises like this makes me feel much more prepared and less stressed
티티미랑 한국어 배운 지 6개월쯤 됐는데 제 한국어능력이 계속 계속 늘었어요. 매일 매일 5시간 동안 배우거든요. 그리고 토픽시험을 위해서도 도움이 많이 되었어요.토픽 레벨 2급만 받았는데 앞으로 더 열심히 하겠습니다. 티티미팀 너무 감사합니다.티티미팀덕분에 한국어능력이 잘 하게 되었습나다. ^^
This worked! I am so surprised! I normally feel (and sound) clumsy when I try to speak Korean, especially in my class. I couldn't understand why I seemed to do well when I practiced my homework, but then I'd trip over my tongue in class. I'll try "warming up" right before class next time. What great content!
Yes, good for you my buddy. Many people say that pronunciation is not an important thing but you need to deliver what you want. That is kind of true but still, if you have an exact pronunciation for your sentence, it will help you to deliver what you are thinking about better cuz you will not be in a struggle to "speak" and also, it's better to understand for listeners when if it's a good pronunciation. I hope your Korean goes better. I do run teaching Korean language and also culture channel too. If you are interested in it, you can come and check it out 😀
having tried multiple languages, i think something that helps a lot is imagining how sentences in your native language would sound using the sounds and cadences in the other language. it primes you to not fall back on sounding as foreign.
this is so perfect! i’m a comfortable intermediate and sometimes when i can’t afford a korean tutor, in a while, my korean speaking starts to slack a bit. but really it’s just been awhile and i have to warm up those mind muscles again lol. so this is absolutely great so that i can keep up with my progress!
I love how in every language there is a word that sounds exactly the same but different. Kaka means shit in my language but means snack in Korean - same pronunciation ( I'm zulu- I speak the zulu language)
I really appreciate our teacher reading to us, and us with her, because that way we can really learn how to pronounce words the proper way, and not how we think it sounds. Because from learning the pronunciation, to saying the word at a normal speaking level pace to a fast Korean pace, there is a big difference and when you add other words to go along with it and make full sentences, is a complete different ball game!!! So thank you for doing this kind of video, and it would be very helpful and greatly appreciated if you read to us more often. You can maybe incorporate a small novel that you can do videos of in small episodes, so we can all follow along weekly and get in with the plot. Or maybe you can read to us some well known Korean books with short tales or something even historic!! We will appreciate it all!! Thank you and looking forward to more reading from you all!!!
Thank you so much, i wasn't even aware that i could answer the questions at the end of the video! That really gave me motivation, i thought i wouldn't be able to answer simple questions in korean. It made me realize how much i have improved. Now, i gotta do more exercises like this again :)
i'm trying to learn korean as my third language, this content is very good! I struggle a lot with those subtle sound differences in consonants (ㄱ, ㄲ, ㅋ)
This video is actually really helpful! I still don't know a lot of words and can't read out loud at a normal pace, but I do think this is really helpful for a warm up and I plan to use it to help me warm up before my Korean exams this semester ^-^ Thank you TTMIK!
One thing that helped me a lotij improving my English was talking to myself in English. I'm doing the same with korean and it's helping a lot considering i can't be consistent with studying.😅
this is a genius method to warm up. thank you for making this. Please make more warm up lessions. Not only am i warming up, a lot of the warm up sentences use new vocab so I learn new words too. 일석이초이네요! 🤌 (that's the closest to a hand heart emoji i could find)
Fun to think that in a year I will be able to read and answer those questions. For now, I'm learning Hangul and getting used to making my mouth create new sounds:)
The more languages you learn it is easier for you learn new languages, but for Korean you should try learning Hindi btw like me hindi it's my mother tongue and i learned English and Hindi at the same time in childhood and I can say hindi helped me more in Korean vocabulary and grammar than English you can check it yourself too,감사합니다
I was stuttering a lot when we started doing sentences and paragraphs because I imagined I was talking to someone in Korean and they were just staring at me weirdly while I was mumbling sentences 😭
Omg this is really a best method to improve korean language like all in one lesson, pls post more videos in this pattern it's so helpful 💖
Your profile pic...i love it WWh🤣😎
@@ninili830 haha thank you 😂😂💞

저도 그렇게 생각해요!
1)오늘은 날씨가 괜찮았어요. 근데 비가 많이 오네요. 집에 있는 게 답답하고 심심해서 그냥 유튜브 보고있어요.
2) 예. 먹었어요. 먹었는데 볶음밥이 너무 맛있어서 깜작 놀았어요.
3) 지금은 자는시간 있었어 잘거예요.
the content ttmik is putting out is amazing. as language learner I couldn't ask for anything else. 감사합니다
aww thank YOU for watching!! 💖

@@poochiepam Ahh cool thanks! Didn’t know how to spell that
Clearly not for my level of beginner (past the second part anyway😂), but I’ve definitely bookmarked it for later lol
0:46 to dive ...i got the reference hahaha
I’m not going to lie, but I get very shy when I speak Korean, especially to the opposite gender I can never hold eye contact in general
gamsahamnida ttmik!
