Hey Rick (GameDev) here I’m really glad you tried the game and thank you very much for the feedback I’m planning on creating better games that expand on this idea in a better way❤
This main character is straight out of a creepypasta. His day-to-day is exceptionally mundane, yet when he finds freshly-cooked food on his table when he gets home, he doesn’t even CONSIDER that someone might have been in his house. Nope, he goes STRAIGHT to “Oh darn, I must be _FULLY HALLUCINATING,_ I better just pop on down to the corner pharmacy and buy some unspecified pills, that’ll fix me right up.” As if it’s the most common thing in the world to just imagine whole, tangible objects here and there all day. But no, just eat the certainly-not-poisoned/dosed food that you know you didn’t cook, and go ahead and pass out on your couch immediately afterwards, that’s all normal too. And tomorrow, we’ll just grab a bigass bottle of cough medicine, because auditory hallucinations are obviously preferable to visual ones.
@@GoodOleDFT not from my experience. my cat would eat anything. she'd even have her own mini-sunday breakfast of egg and bacon. miss you, Bandit; you little hoodlum.
Hilarious! The host on "The Rick Show" I think is a guy who does digital real estate tours of some of the fanciest homes and penthouses in Vegas and LA. I guess now he has been relinquished to the slums!!! 😂🤣
Oh thank goodness. I was worried the new phone was a hallucination over the cat and it was going to be hurt when the player character picked up the headset.
21:18 heavily reminds me of afraid of monsters. if you havent played that yet but i would recommend you try :P espically since its behind the same people who made Cry Of Fear
If you want to know another obscure gem, try out Near Death, by Orthogonal Games. It's survival horror, but with no monsters. Your only enemy is the weather... the Antarctic Winter weather to be precise 🥶
it suprisingly a nice game, i mean with the views it has... i just want to say i adore your commentary it's simply amazing!!! you are so interesting to listen to :) you make game like these much more profound with your presence than any streamer out there, love u librarian

there's no way that food left on a table would be ignored by a cat.
If it contains no protein or animal fat, then it could be.

@@GoodOleDFT even if they didn't want to eat it they either would have sat in it or thrown it on the floor.
@@Sparrow_Bloodhunter Correct.
You really are good at what you do! I hope you enjoyed the soundtracks for this game :)
just beat the game! love what you did OST wise. (I paused video once I realized it was free lmao)
@ Glad you enjoyed it!
To Kitty: "Were you volunteering to be a towel afterwards? I mean, you are *super* absorbent" got a proper guffaw out of me, mostly from the delivery.
33:18 "I swear if you've done anything to kitty" and that's why I love this channel.

I don't think it was an AI voice I think that was just regular Text To Speech
I think you may be right, and that’s an important distinction to make these days
Yeah, that’s my suspicion. It’s clunky in that Microsoft Sam way.
Bruh the TV part at the beginning seems like something OneyPlays would edit into their videos.
I can't believe our beloved cat would kill some random intruder! He must've ate some of that spiked ramen bowl too.
13:40 There's a guy stood right under the streetlight in front of you, and then magically teleports away!
Finally, he's uploading them at 22:00 again!
23:00 for me fuckin up my sleep😅

Having a carpet infront of your kitchen counter should be illegal
