A few tips for people who are new to this. You should really test out simpler subliminals at first, like hair growth. This will help strengthen your belief and make you more positive. Another thing you should do (if you can) is to listen to subliminals when youre not doing anything. For me, personally when i listen to subs, I dont multitask, I do my mudras and recite my affirmations. I was curious to know if relaxing would dramatically affect my results. So i listened to a hair growth sub for 1 hour without any boosters or focusing. My hair grew 1 cm the next day. After a few days i did the same thing but this time, with boosters and focusing on the subliminal. My hair grew about 1.25-.5 cm the next day. I really recommend doing this. In order to get results you need to fall in love with the process. This is crucial when it comes to subliminals. If youre only focused on results, you will lose faith and stop listening to subs. But if you enjoy doing this, you wont bother about results and results will just come to you. You should always use a subconscious recharger and do a flush every couple of months. Dont overload yourself as it can make you tired and negative. Remember, you can change your life, your attitude. This is a privilege denied to many. So dont give up and stay positive

sweety g 1. Honey hold up. 10 is way too many subliminals. You should keep your playlist under ATLEAST 5. Too many is just gonna overload your subconsciousness. Usually a flush is a subliminal that is used consecutively for 7 days. During this period you cant listen to any subliminals. But tehre are some people that have subliminals with different timings and stuff. I was hoping you could tell me what kind of a flush youre using? 2. Unfortunately they still count as 2 subliminals since the affirmations are somewhat different. 3. Clashing subliminals are subliminals that give you opposite results. For example a subliminal for a longer nose and a subliminal for face like a person with a small nsoe. idk how else to put it lol. So basically since one subliminal works to make your nose longer and another works to do the opposite, your subconscious mind will get confused, therefore it wont work. You can tell me what subliminals in your playlist could clash if youre not sure. 4 You will get these sensations only while youre listening to subliminals. As you listen, these affirmations sink in your subconscious mind. So you dont need to worry about that. 5. You dont have to feel sensations for every subliminal.
