@ioannidesalex. The O-ring size is 11mm inside diameter (I/D) and 2mm thickness this O-ring is for the Bracket. For the damper rod or on the end of the damper it's 10mm inside diameter (I/D) and 1.5mm thickness.

O-ring idea is a good one. Rattles are always distracting to me (is something coming loose -- my pinch bolts!!) Good to use rubber gaskets/o-rings to take the rattle out of the mount -- which must be mounted with play in it to allow movement -- I think to prevent binding.

Question. Did you have to buy that mounting bracket? Or did it come with the damper.
