      I usually like to do workout video from Pamela Reid but sometimes I also mix it up with other fitness influencers' workout

    Hi actually i do workout/exercise at 7 pm in evening and finish at 8 or 8.30 then can i directly have dinner after sometime of workout or i have to post workout meal , or i can include Protein based food in my dinner , what should I do

      Just stick to the time that's the best to you. For me, I usually exercise in the evening around 6pm and I will have my dinner around 7:15pm. Sometimes if I exercise in the morning, I will also have my breakfast after my workout. And it's good to eat more protein as it can help to build muscle

    Hi sis actually i want to ask you lot of questions please help me out !...
    I started doing workout from last 2 days so i want to ask you should I do workout like for belly for thighs for legs or as a beginner i should just start with normal exercise and if yes then how many days should I do normal exercise and when should start workout targetting body parts ?? Can I do same workout or exercise everyday?? Please help me out z you motivated me to lose weight thank you so much ❤️🥰🥰❤️

      Hi, I am happy to hear that ❤️🥰 I would suggest you to do some full body exercises for beginners because it is actually quite impossible to spot reduce fat. If you haven't been exercising before then you should be able to see some results regardless of what exercise you did. It is recommended to switch your workout routine every 3-4 weeks or whenever you feel the exercises are not challenging for you anymore. REMEMBER TO ALWAYS LISTEN TO YOUR BODY, TAKE REST WHEN YOU NEED
