Fantastic work! Even though some are obviously more optimal then others, it's nice to see every route and being able to trade damage for corner carry (and vise versa). Again, we'll done!
These combos are really good! I'm gonna have to get some of these! I feel like Ryu deals so much damage, and even in some cases it can reach around 50% burning through v-trigger and CA.
+Rupix15 one of the things i find hard of being a ryu player is that he doesnt have cool shenaningans like the other players. I thank you for showing me the option of the charged hadouken. You think you can suggest a couple og good setups when the oponent is blocking instead? or maybe you know some simple setups that dont consume meter with him? thanks again for this video, subscribed and added to favorites.
+William Ocoró (Demondzeta) It's really hard to catch ur opponent to block the fully charged hado without meter cos it takes really long, unless your opponent doesn't quick rise after a knockdown or they like to guard a lot ^^ Anyway thanks a lot for viewing n subbing man, really appreciate it :)
This is exactly why I love Street Fighter combo videos... Like, ALL of these combos are practical and can be used during a legitimate match, unlike Mortal Kombat. Brilliant shit here man.
+Rupix15 Man I hate videos showing the combos without actually putting the inputs in the video or the description. That's just showing off not sharing!
+Aud Bosson I'm really sorry but i too, hate people that are too lazy to recognize the characters' buttons. Like, it's pretty clear already which attacks or specials i use in the combos. Gamers nowadays just wanna be pampered TOO MUCH, seriously. Still, thank you for sounding yourself anyway ^^
Nothing to do with laziness bruh. This isn't made for everyone to learn from it. It's pretty elitist. I intend to say it's easier to learn and memorize from something written. In addition the video looks like it's in accelerated mode. Obviously you don't know the power of writing. Perhaps you forgot your school days. I am happy not having been taught orally.
Hi Rupix, Just realized how a charged ex hadouken is a viable option after a knockdown. I'm curious why is cr.lp needed? Is it just for distance or does the resulting juggle give more advantage? Thanks again for sharing!
+Ytolyccuz Hi Ytoly, thanks for watching ^^ The crLP is done to reset the opponent into standing position, so it forces the opp to recover on their feetwhen they land, giving them a pretty small time window to jump over Ryu's fully charged EX Hado. Of course u can also get the similar condition if u just let the opp knocked down to the floor n they do a UKEMI (quick wake up) in place on that fall, but u have to remember that there're 3 options for them to act when knocked down: 1) Normal ukemi, 2) Backward ukemi, 3) Not doing any of those n just lying down on the floor (aka slow/normal wakeup), and the opp won't always do 'option 1' which is what u want for the guardbreak setup. If they do 'option 3' then your fully charged hadoken will just go right past them while they're still not fully up yet. I hope this helps u to understand xD Again, thank you ^^
LittleBoyOfHope Thank you but to be honest i'm not that good, there's a lot of my friend who are way better than me:) This is a pretty old vid btw, and i stopped playing SFV for about a year already. I've been busy with Tekken 7 since it came out^^ I might go back to SFV once SFV:AE is out i think:)
Oh my!! Woooooooowwww!!! Incredible!! Those extras though! 😱😱😱
Thanks for uploading this. I already have a few of these down to muscle memory!
+Raymond Echevarria Likewise, man. Thanks a lot for watching, even more so if u enjoyed it! ^^
Best Ryu video combos, basically cover almost all combo possibilities for ryu...
Fantastic work! Even though some are obviously more optimal then others, it's nice to see every route and being able to trade damage for corner carry (and vise versa). Again, we'll done!
+Grave Axel Thank you ^^ Yes, actually this is more like a showcase of possibility n variety rather than optimal combos ;) Glad you enjoyed it! ^^
