Enjoyed the view, especially as I haven't been a passenger on that section, in over 55 years.. 36.40, at the crossing of Top Road, is where as a young teen, we'd take the farm ute for a load of sand for mixing concrete.. the railways had timber and corrugated iron sand barriers along there.. loading a utefull of clean sand was easy from the deposits there.. from 39.05, the start of, and 42.00 at the town crossing, that was originally part of my Great Grandoparents farm land.. they hung onto till the railway route throgh it was confirmed then sold it 1914 to a consortium of 4 fellas who subdivided it for the township, the station, pub etc.. lots of fun viewing it all. Thanks indeed
LOL @@driver667 as a state school kid I'd walk my bike home from school to the farm, picking up bits of coal that would fall on that last curve and climb before heading into Nyah West.. it was quite a change to the soundscape when the diesels replaced the steam trains.. they, the Steam trains, looked magnificent as they steamed up that curve and hill with a long train of empty wheat trucks behind them.. heading out to Miralie ..
Wait a minute, Did you add N468 City of Bairnsdale Leslie RS5T Horn for a Sound effect on N462 While the Train Driver wasn't tooting the High Note Horn Long and Loud..? 3:384:03 🤨🤨🤔
