Thank you for the Guide. I tried Age of Reckoning back then and really wanted to play 2hand Chosen, but it was unpopular and not reckommended. Are they now equal to Sword and Shield and how does a more offensive Chosen affect your Playstyle/Role in PvP/Pve?
2h vs Shield is just two totally different game styles so its not fair to compare them. 2h will almost always out perform shield in small roaming groups and organized scenario premade vs anything large scale - keeps/forts/city/wb 2h is nearly useless. In PvE if you're well geared u can tank 2h for most things or go as 2nd tank and act as a psudo dps. I'd say if you're always 2h you are a solo and 6man player where as shield you likely play in zergs more. Although shield tank can always be good/viable in 6man as it still performs tanks core duties just fine. 2h tanks just happen to be strong in that situation and fun for most ppl hence why its popular. Also don't solo as deftard its uber cringe xD I have videos up on my channel that show 2h tank game play as a duo roaming team and also as pure shield in a small roaming group. Both do well just play whats fun.
@@phatlyfe5229 Thanks for the detailed answer. I think small scale pvp and scenarios are more my thing, so perfect for 2hand. Should I just focus on 2-hand for now or should I also worry about SnB equipment in case I end up in a Zerg? And in scenarios/small scale pvp, what are my goals and targets with 2hand? Attack the backline or protect your own healers?
Thank you for putting this together
I just restarted playing with a chosen your a fkn goat
Nice!
