I was literally about to comment this but it was the first comment on the list lol. Sneak is doing nothing in this build. You will not notice a difference without it.
my stealth commando build started at the last update. switched from ps4 to xbox and had to start over. did level 20 start. sold items to get about 500 caps. server hop till i found herbivore mutation. once i got it and drank it i collected toxic goo. drank til i mutated. hop server drank it again til i mutated. kept doing this till i had all the mutations i needed for the build and a few others that i didnt need but you cant choose when doing it this way. ran at low health because of the adrenal reaction mutation and this really helped in leveling to 50 quickly at west tek. did events and script all my legendaries, kept getting 1 star armor till i had full set of unyielding. i kept telling myself that i would buy the exact mutations i wanted from player vendors but never did. you only need to buy carnivore or herbavore depending on which you prefer
I would say maximising for ap cost especially with the new endurance perk isn’t necessary on a bloodied build, from the looks of it even a few guns with quad don’t need it now, it might be worth looking at reload speed for a couple of things
my commamdo build hasn‘t even touched the brotherhood stuff😅 do i need to be near the teammate to make herd mentality work or is beeing in a public team enough?
Gun Fu is the easiest card to use. Not sure how it would be considered tricky. It swaps your targets in VATS automatically once they die and all you have to do is keep shooting. Not only that, with each new target the damage goes up considerably. You need Gun Fu if you play VATS. You want Secret Service Armor. Higher Damage resist across the board. The others are inferior. If you get Secret Service Under Armor, make sure it has the Shielded Lining. Don't get the others.
Because it's very finicky, often times it won't switch targets if they're not directly in front of you and if there's even something as slight as a bush obscuring them.
@SekiberiusWelkesh Very few times does it not work for me. I've even had it spin me around to enemies I didn't see to my right or left or behind me. It's especially good at events.
WARNING: Thirst Quencher has a known bug that makes it borderline unusable in most group play especially events. It will prevent AP regeneration and stop it completely.
@@prizmere I noticed yesterday that a player joined my team and hard thirst quencher shared. Why is Radicool so popular for Bloody builds? What does the extra Strength do fo you, aside from carry weight? Surprised not to see Life Giver - especially for low-health builds, extra HP means a lot. I'm working on accumulating the cards I need for a Bloodied loadout, while I try to learn the Unyeilding mod and others I'll need.
It's 1 perk point for 25 carry weight since each point in strength gives 5 carry weight. Compare it to Strong Back, which only gives 10 carry weight on rank 1. A lot of people value carry weight highly, myself included, that's probably why it's popular. It used to be even more popular back when melee was the go-to build. As for Lifegiver... it's a good perk, just not amazing. I used it prior to the new perks coming out, but due to a lack of points in Endurance I decided against putting it back on. That's not to say my way is the only way. Explore with it if you would like, that's really the best way to find out what works for you!
@@prizmerehp aint that important in low health builds, to stay alive more important is 4 cards: blocker for lower menee dmg, fireproof for lower explosion/fire dmg, nerd rage for lower overall dmg and most important dodgy for lower overall dmg, high ap regen is also important, i recommend armor perks for that rather than card

As far as I know people don't really worry about the physical number, as long as you have armor and perks like nerd rage, ricochet, dodgy, etc... I don;t know exactly when but damage resist has a point where it begins to fall off. Could always try power armor out and get emergency protocols which reduces incoming damage by 50% while below 20%
Ricochet 2 star and a 1 star Bloody mess...and a 2 star Tenderizer for a 3 star inspirational is nonsensical if you're making a video about max bloodied damage. Also...your build would signal energy weapons but the weapon you use to demonstrate damage was a fixer. This community man...
This video was never intended to be a min-max bloodied build showcase, pretty sure I never said anything like that. Naturally you want Inspirational 3 for maximum XP gains during play in general, you'll still easily be able to take down your enemies. Last few perks in the Luck tree are interchangeable, so I just slapped some on to put them on display. As for the energy guns, I did mention that you can swap those energy perks for Demo Expert (or something else), and that'll basically be the same damage as you saw in the intro clip on the B/E Fixer. Have a nice day.
I'm level 80 no idea how to do builds and use. Flamer but now it's got lackluster so is there anyway I can do more damage with Flamer please tell me if there is and how would I go about getting mutations without having to grind caps to buy them?
With the Heavy gun flamer? In Strength you have Heavy Gunner perks you can use to boost your damage, as well as Stabilized within Intelligence if you're using Power Armor. As for mutations, you can't really get them without caps. Player vendors are sometimes humble selling them for ~200 caps each, so I'd check for those. GL!
@@prizmere I have literally never seen them sold for less than like 1k lol. Still cheaper than White Springs bunker, but yeah I haven't seen it for nearly that low
@@ToyotaCorolla-en2mv Oh really? That's a shame, but 1k still sounds steep. Some people even offer to craft them for free, like the guy before your comment. Wish you luck.
Depends on if you value a little more damage over reload speed. If you're using quad weapons, the reload speed matters less as you have more ammo in the mag. Less firing downtime = more damage. Situational and personal preference I'd say.
I take serum to suppress any negatives on intelligence. Thanks for the video
Quick tip: If your Agility is above 20, you do NOT need the Sneak perk, you can use those perk points on something else _😁😁_
I didn’t know this. Thanks, will try this.

Does health regen (like healing factor) still cause the fast travel bug or did that get fixed? (back after a few year break)
Welcome back! They have indeed fixed this issue, thankfully.
