Sorry mam this is wrong company sees skills and knowledge in the candidate not his or her height or physical appearance according to me any good company can't discriminate there employee on basis of height or physical appearance if company think like this then according to me it's not good company at all who judge candidate on basis of looks and appearance instead of talents and skills.

Hello mam i am a recruiter and i have 4 yrs of experience in IT recruitment i have an interview in coming days in first call when i asked the recruiter what will be the shift timings she said see if required you have to stay after working hours and do the work then i said thats fine sometimes its okay but what are thw official timings the she said me the timings, now as per me i am a person who is not in a favour of working late hours after my working hours gets over, unless and untill if thw company is not paying me for this or vice a versa becoz it disbalances the personal and professional life, so according to you if the interviewer ask this question like you need to stay at work after working hours of required then as a candidate what amswer should be given, pls reply

It's too difficult to enter in HR after 4 yrs of gap, but you can try as a Recruiter from Recruitment agency. Companies only consider 1yrs gap for any professions.
Hello Mam! My graduation year is 2019, but i had 1 backlog which i ultimately cleared in 2021( that was due to negligence of college officials and Covid 19). At the time of job interview, my graduation was completed. I did not told about this backlog thing to the employer during interview. The employer mailed me the offer letter and i accepted the offer over mail. I have even joined the company and working there for a week. Now, at the time of documents verification , the employer will come to know about my backlog. Is there any serious issue with this? I am a fresher. In my CV i mentioned my graduation year as 2019. Please help me!
You have all ready joined the company and you lies also in your resume abt pass out year, so may be company take action it's totally depend upon the company as per there requirements.

Then don't worry they will consider you. Just convince them and tell them you will give yours best if you will get chance. Startup companies are not strict abt this facts. But you also do some research abt company for yourself.
