Jackson Hole Top To Bottom Run

- This run took about 14 minutes top to bottom. The mountain had a verticle rise of almost 5000 feet and the top was a lot steeper than it looked on camera. By the middle of the run, my legs were burning. I hope you enjoy. Edit- I know I stopped but I made this video a long time ago and I wasn't very good at skiing so I was not very smart in terms of picking a title.

I've done this because I was late to meet someone at the base. About 12 minutes. It's 4139 feet of vertical off the tram. Still very tiring to the legs because Rendezvous Bowl is always a workout. Not the most fun way to get from bottom to top but something everyone should do just once. Love Jackson, love seeing a video top to bottom. Thx.
Really appreciated this...i lived in Bondurant for eight years and visited Jackson often....financial constraints and my levei of ability ( intermediate) kept me away from the slopes...did not want to risk an injury that would compromise ability to work....the terrain you skied does not look radical...maybe later 😊....the run is super long compared to back east in Maine...worked at Sugarloaf a couple of seasons...

I just came from JH ..first time snowboarding in powder..it took me almost 40 minutes to get down..ive been snowboarding snowboarding for 20 yrs but at Mountain Creek NJ..lol..i was not prepared for that!! Lol

I'm looking at taking a trip to Jackson Hole. I just started skiing, used to mostly blue square trails. What are runs you would recommend?
Although I haven’t been there in awhile, I would recommmend the runs off of apres vous. Upper Werner and Moran are great. I would also recommend the areas off of Casper like campground and easy does it. If you are up for more of a challenge I would recommend amphitheater.
IDK looks pretty steep to me I hope when I get there I'll be able to do that run this will be my fourth time skiing and i've only done greens and a few blues

Hey man... going to Jackson hole this winter and I was wondering if I will be able to do some of the black runs there... I’m able to do almost any run in Breckinridge CL. Just wondering how big a differnt me the slope angle is
Idk the slope angle, but I’m sure you will at least be able to do the easiest if you are hitting the hardest at another serious resort.

Update, I skied Jackson hole and sprained my ankle going to the top😂 but it was so fun

(0:05) In the 70's when I lived in Teton Village, you'd have been mocked right off the tram for skis that short ! Anything under a 205 and you were mocked mercilessly by the locals (me included). I ran 207's 😎Also....way too much "skidding" on Rendezvous Bowl. 4 big GS turns and you are down......ski the fall line. You don't get worn out. Or simply head off the tram to Corbetts...off the edge (stay towards the rock wall) down into Cirque and home free. Easy Peezy.
This is catwalks all the way down...C'mon man. You miss all of what Rendezvous is all about. I kept thinking you'd jump off one of those catwalks into some real terrain. Like at 9:20....just drop over that edge. You can ski this groomed type stuff back home. No need to come all the way to Wyoming !!!
I had to smile at this as it reminded me of my skiing life. I worked my way up to longer and longer skis and just when I got 205s the first side cuts stated to come out and the skis got shorter so that I felt out of place with long straight boards.
From the date on this video it looks like this was at Christmas time so some of the steeper terrain might not have had enough coverage. I'm still not used to how built up Teton Village is now. There's probably more places to go to than just the Moose.😎
