Yes, surprisingly good, Tania. Kind of make me wanna build one but I have two from Accurate Miniatures and one from Hasegawa in 1/48 scale. See how long I can resist! lol
Thank you for this excellent in box review. Not much information about the kit available, at least not in English. My kit arrived in Finland today, I think I will receive it the day after tomorrow. Looking good, nice that modern 1/72 aircraft kits are this detailed oob. I'm just building hasegawa's sbd-4/5, it's pretty basic, adding eduard PE adds some detail, but it's fiddly & time consuming. Let's hope there will FH6002 soon.
Yes, it did surprised me on the quality of the details. I really missed the raise rivets in models these days. I think this will give a new way in painting an aircraft since all of us are so use to painting recessed details. One problem still wait to resolve though, is the scale thickness of injection. When that can be achieved in this scale , we can truly have highly detailed 1/72 scale aircraft. Anyway, thanks for your comment and hope you enjoy your build!
I just saw this kit on eBay for a pretty reasonable price, and thought hey I'll just search for some reviews.. and I think with your review, the seller should send you a cut of any profits lol.. I actually was looking for a 1/48, when this popped up.. I haven't built 1/72 scale for at least 40 years since I was a Teen.. hopefully my eyes and shaky hands are up for the challenge. Great review , very nice close up shots.
I am a 1/48 scale myself when it comes to planes. May be a few 1/32 scale but never a 1/72 scale person. This did change my point of view on what manufacturers can do these days. Like 1/43 scale car models, the small scale can be built into jewel like replicas now!
Great review of what looks like a wonderful kit, thank you.
It is a wonderful kit.
This kit looks amazing. I ordered mine this week. Cant wait to start building.
I have one in the stash but need to wait a bit before I can get to it! lol
@@edwardshen343 LOL. My stash has grown during the pandemic. I have a few that I am working on, but this one will get moved up for sure.
I have seen a couple other reviews of this kits and in comparison you are spot on. Great video. New subscriber here!!!
Thanks! I have access to many new kits. If there is any one you would like me to review, let me know. I will certainly try my best.
Thank you for your nice video.I'm planning to make this kit from now on, so it will be very helpful.
Wow, nice looking kit Edward. Thanks for the review.

Very nice review thanks!!! Looks amazing kit.
Hopefully we get to see a TBD Devastator or TBF Avenger released by Flyhawk
Yeah, an Avenger with a choice of folded wings in this scale will be nice and a bettered Dragon Devastator is also great!

Now they need to make an Avenger!
Do you know when it'll be released and where it would be possible to buy (in Europe/UE)?
