I never match my socks. There is nothing wrong with mustard socks, blue chinos and a white shirt 👊
King Henry VIII was the.... portly King. Sock colour has to compliment something in your outfit. Shirt, square, tie, hat, even your shoes. If not possible than just wear black socks. Never wear white socks with dress clothes and suits. You could with casual but come up with something better or at least not white ATHLETIC socks.

Also jackets work better unbuttoned when you sit down. It keeps the jacket from wrinkling and is more comfortable.

Nothing wrong with a lightly used watch from eBay! I’ve gotten some awesome deals on quality brands. Citizen is usually my go to, but any of the brands you mentioned are great as well.

Frankly given how closely most watches look like other watches unless you are watch enthusiast, its silly to pony up 1500 to whatever for a watch when there perfectly fine watches to accessorize with

I'd like to hear the answer to this question because, with very few exceptions, I try to avoid matching my socks to my shoes. What do you say, John?
Like I mentioned in the video, ‘generally speaking’, you match your socks to your pants, not to your shoes. Again, it’s a loose rule that can be broken in the right way.
I guess I always get style and stylish confused. In my opinion, every man has their own personal style. Doesn't matter if it's wearing something as simple as jeans and a t-shirt, he has his own style. But stylish men are the ones who have outfits that are more put together.
The smartwatch debate is one I disagree with. Yes, they are not classic timepieces, but I love my Apple Watch Ultra. I have a face that looks classic (digitally) and a titanium band (not a sports band). I have other watches, but I've become so dependent on my Ultra that unless I'm in a suit, it is my goto 99% of the time.

In this era when almost nobody wears a watch even wearing a smartwatch is a major improvement.

@@noName-kn1lx Exactly my point. Men's influencers all seem to be against them in all occasions except fitness. Mine is my EDC unless I need to be more dressed. Then I have several Seiko's and Timex Classics with a mid-mod look a la 1970s that are perfect for those occassions.

Respectfully disagree John. I accept most men dont do the bottom button but at the end of the day, each to their own. Its not a capital offence, just a norm (from opinionated snobs 🙂; originally derived from slimey fawning over a hideous King.The fact someone has a jacket is ok to me. The only except is when sitting as a tailor will say, any buttoning will pull.
Never seem him , seen lots of guys who looked like they got dressed in a dark closet after being locked in there for a week though…
