Don't know if this will find its way to you.Good choice on Utah Phillips,We lost one of the best storytellers and songwriters. Utah sings and writes about life as a union organiser, hobo, muckraker, riding the rails, and a whole other side of life in America.. He is also the man that wrote the beautiful Ballad Rock Salt and Nails..Done by several artists,my favorite version is by the late Steve Young. And the ever popular Moose Turd Pie........It's good though!!
When I was living in Dallas, Utah had a fifteen minute program on a low powered, local station on Saturday mornings. A really good person. He said that he was the last of the Wobblies. Look that up.
Love this song. Love it even more realizing that Utah wrote it. He was my introduction to the folk genre when I found his album with Ani DiFranco in a used bin.
I don't listen to millenial groups because...well I have ears. Saw these three on Carson Daley last night and was shocked at how talented they are. Kinda remind me of the Dixie Chicks but different too. Well done ladies !
I FEEL SO LUCKY TO HAVE STOOD IN THE STREETS,AND AT RIVERFRONT PARK,AN DUNG WITH "UTAH PHILLIPS"--A LOVELY SOUL!!!!
They are each so damn amazing, and then together.
Magical together..thank you Ladies!!!
Three of the most wonderful performers of modern times. Regards, George Armstrong
Beautiful, y’all. Come back to Raleigh soon!
I'm retiring at the end of the year, then I will sing and listen to Utah more. I wish it had been before now, but better late than never.

He walked his talk and left us great songs for sure....
I just heard them on Garrison Keillor's final show perform this song. Thank you so much for posting; hoping this makes their next record.
It did. Granted, it's a live EP. :)
What EP?
@@sillystrings According to discogs.com, that would be their Little Lies EP: www.discogs.com/Im-With-Her-Little-Lies/release/11671373
@@sillystrings The band does have a web site, but the site doesn't have a discography of its own. You have to snoop around.
Beautiful harmonies, reminiscent of Dixie Chicks in their prime. Well done ladies.
Awesome
Hadn't really hear Sara Watkins voice clearly before. Very nice voice.
I really like how her voice has grown, from early Nickel Creek to the more recent Destination. Woman has got soul.
Domino_Dancing she's great on the Watkins Family Hour album and on the Infamous String Duster feature on the song "see how far you've come"
Her recent "Young in All the Wrong Ways" album is crackerjack.
I had to do a double take to make sure that was mrs. Watkins!!
Красавицы!!!🔥🔥🔥👍🙏😁
Fabulous! Utah must be beaming.
Greg Gillespie h
