I live off grid and ride ebikes almost every day for resupply runs and adventuring. I charge my ebikes from just a small solar power system. We need to get solar recharging stations in cities for ebike riders so they can charge up for longer range.
Why solar and not connect them to the grid? In cities with shadows solar will not be practical.

I used to ride an ebike but I have lost my fitness. I have gone back to my regular bike and kept the ebike only for emergencies. Ebikes are a good alternative to cars.
