Man, just chiming in again to say I love your channel so much. I actually got the cloudeclipse because the cloudsurfer compressed too much. I’m 6’3” 200lbs. The eclipse feels good, but they run really big so I had to size down to a 13 which I’ll be getting in a few days. I ALSO ordered the Invincible 3s in normal and wide in a 14 that are coming soon. I’m looking for a shoe I can stand all day in on shoots plus walk 10k steps a day. After watching this, I have a feeling I’ll enjoy the Invincible 3s more (IF they fit). Anyway, thanks again for making this video!! Can’t believe how fast your channel has grown in a year. It’s well deserved 🙏

Makes me laugh how many runners worry about shoe weight when they could lose a few lbs from their own body weight. It’s the same dilemma plaguing the sport of cycling. Cyclists would rather buy an overpriced super light bike rather than shed a few lbs. Personally, ever since I took on strength training and cleaned up my nutrition, I’ve had more success in my running this year than the previous years.
I think you’re right. There are some reviews where I have said exactly that! There is too much emphasis on weight without considering the technology shoes have that contributes to the weight. That said.. as a reviewer… we have to be detailed and knowledgeable and share all facts as best as we can.
I read “every second counts” a lance armstrong book waaaay back in the day. Pretty eye opening into how some people choose their bikes. In particular lance had some sort of new fancy bike…had the weight down blah blah blah, he was significantly faster on the new bike, but couldn’t produce the same power. So, they went with the heavier, slower bike because he could generate more power on it.
I would go Cloud Eclipse 100% of the time, don't like the way the Invincible feels on foot and the fit and feel of the On shoe is way better for me, not a fan of any Nike shoes apart from the race shoes, first time we've disagreed Aubrey!
Ooohhhh I didn’t know you felt this way about the Invincible 3 Martin. I may need to rethink our friendship 😂😂😂😂. I completely get that though on a serious note. Not all their shoes are for everyone but for me… the VP3 and invincible 3 are my gold standard shoes in their categories
Im getting my sister invincible 3's for christmas. She's young and picky and hate all running shoes designs like gel-nimbus 25, more v4, comp trainer v2, and all running shoes, she only wears basketball shoes.
I still need to try a Nike Invincible Run. Next year, version 4 , I will check the early reviews ... if the heel slipping "problem " got fixed ...it probably will be with updated upper. This year I have considered the v3 all year, but it was way too expensive in my country , even now with some pre Black Friday deals, it still expensive, but now costing the same of a Gel-Nimbus 25 or NB 1080 v13. But all the good color options are gone already. Now that I know it is a very hard shoes to get good discounts, it will make me more inclined to buy a new version on launch day. I started to like Nike again this year, with the Pegasus 40, Infinity Run 4, and the Structure 25. All great shoes and have their use in my rotation.
I agree with the comment below. This always means that older versions are now even cheaper. When the V4 comes out the V3 will be cheaper. For me personally, this is an amazing shoe and one of my most reliable and frequently used shoes of all time
As a lightweight lady, Cloud Surfer (which looks a bit like the Cloud Eclipse) is the best running shoes I’ve tried in months. It has just right foam to feel like but not very soft to slow you down.
is the invincible actually comfortable tho? I bought a pair during nike sales and firstly there was heel slippage as many has already complained. and yes i do have that problem too. but aside from that. the midsole.... the foam feels too stiff to stand on. it feels like im being forced to stand. every step makes me wobbly and uncontrollable. had problem just trying to walk in those. and after a while it gave me the biggest pain to my feet like no other shoe has done before. my right foot was left so sore that each step feels like nails stinging the bottom of my feet. no choice but had to return them. Really wanted to love the shoes, it has been the shoe i have been wanting for so long and looking forward to, but it ended with a disappointment. No way it was fake, ordered from Nike app itself. I have no idea how it was such a bad experience for me even thought alot of people were calling it the "most comfortable shoe". totally cant feel any softness and squish at all :(
That’s a terrible experience for sure and not the one I’ve had. The invincible 3 has been my go to shoe for comfort. I enjoy the cushioning but everyone is different and we all have different running styles.

Mas ele é bem instável e não tem muita estrutura. Até por isso é um pouco mais leve. Não recomendo para você nesse momento. Tenho o Kaiha Road da New Balance. É ótimo mais estruturado e leve também. Vai de Nimbus ou New Balance!

My opinion... weight is too close to matter, both ok in my opinion, therefore a draw. Price, even closer, so same again... another draw. As for appearance, I prefer the Nike. That would put Nike ahead on points given my reasoning, and that actually agrees with your own conclusion 😀

For me any shoe that has heel slipage needs points deducted. Its very annoyong to encounter and is a major flaw. I also dont enjoy a shoe with a runner's knot. With that said I enjoyed the video and they are worthy comparisons. More power! 👍
I agree with you. And if it wasn’t for that one thing, I would be super loud about the invincible 3. But then again… you may not have this issue as we are all different.

I was getting ready to get real defensive of the Invincible. 🤣Heel slip aside, I'd argue Nike has a big advantage on pricing - just not at MSRP. They pretty much always have a colorway or two on sale for their trainers; I've never paid more than $120 for an Invincible, and so I tolerate the $180 price tag a little better knowing I can wait it out. On seems like it's rarely on sale here in the US.
Aesthetics takes the WIN for me. (Come on now.. look at lines and the how it just sits there.. it looks fast.) ON Cloudeclipse... and my Cloudsurfer7s. Both Oranges look good.
I genuinely love this shoe. It’s exactly what On needed to release. I’m curious to see what the next version of the monster will look like after this one though 🤷🏾♂️

As for me .. its' my Cloudsurfer7s. But having my friends see me debut the Cloudeclipse .. it was a banger when they saw it.. they were amazed by the Cloudtecphase. But... they're very happy with the performance of the Monster and wouldn't want any changes to it. It's not broken..so no need to fix it.

STOP SPREADING LIES oncloud is the worst shoes I have every wore or bought in my life they started to be squeaky after 2 months what a shame, now they will be thrown as it is so embarrassing to wear them I emailed their customer services, they told me the floor is causing it. well, no they squeak on every floor this is the worst shoes I have ever bought in my life I bought it in the UK and cost me 160£ for this price I could have bought two from my favourite comfy brand clark or ecco never again, I will never buy from this company again. wat a shame, expensive shoes for rubbish quality. my feet are hurting me, now I have an expensive shoes in the garbage bin with no use. it caused me feet pain, bruises and more! it does not provide support, and it makes your feet boiling. this shoes does not allow your feet to breath and it become smelly after few days of wearing it. never again I am so disappointed. I wish I had read the comments, I am hopeful my review will make you think twice before wasting your money.

Yes indeed those are important considerations, but once you satisfy the basics, what it comes down to is the shoes that just make you wanna reach for them, the shoes that make you itch to get out there and go running ... and THAT's the Invincible Run!!! ANY number!!!! (though me I still prefer V1) They literally make you wanna go running!!! AND I've gotten all mine for under €100!!
The invincible is an amazing flagship and I get excited every time for this shoe when it’s time for a zone 2 or easy run. It’s the king of that kind of run for sure.
@@AubreyRunning makes a difference that you are honest with your average runner addmission and dont claim to be anything different and to other average runners reviews mean more coming from an.... average runner. by end of 2024 expect 50k subs
I have both of these (advantages of working at our local Fleet Feet lol), and I also think the location of the springboard in the CloudEclipse is only beneficial if you are a heel sticker. As a mid foot striker, the springboard is a decoration, for lack of a better term. I think the Invincible Run 3 just works for no real scientific reason lol. I do enjoy them both.
Normally, I’m a very calm and positive person but you sir may have caught me on a bad day. I was simply going to acknowledge your comment and move on but I thought I would give you a reality check. I have looked at your own channel which has 4 videos on it and choose to not comment on them because frankly there is nothing to comment about. Secondly, you are the reason people choose to not follow their dreams and if they do, instead is supporting them, you’re the kind of person that shoots them down. You said the cloud eclipse were £170 then put up £175 next to them, then the numbers were incorrect when you were reading them out on the points, just trying to help you for your next video as you may not have noticed ? I genuinely love Kofuzi and his content and I’ve made known to him and others but one thing I will never do is copy anyone. I’m good being me. I have my own ideas and I’m driven by that. Find invincible 2, still around online. Cheap now and they will provide that "holly crap" experience

The Triumph 20 is indeed a mighty mighty shoe, amazingly versatile, impressively long wearing and to be found very cheaply now the 21 is out!!!

Yes indeed those are important considerations, but once you satisfy the basics, what it comes down to is the shoes that just make you wanna reach for them, the shoes that make you itch to get out there and go running ... and THAT's the Invincible Run!!! ANY number!!!! (though me I still prefer V1) They literally make you wanna go running!!! AND I've gotten all mine for under €100!!
The invincible is an amazing flagship and I get excited every time for this shoe when it’s time for a zone 2 or easy run. It’s the king of that kind of run for sure.

I have both of these (advantages of working at our local Fleet Feet lol), and I also think the location of the springboard in the CloudEclipse is only beneficial if you are a heel sticker. As a mid foot striker, the springboard is a decoration, for lack of a better term. I think the Invincible Run 3 just works for no real scientific reason lol. I do enjoy them both.

Normally, I’m a very calm and positive person but you sir may have caught me on a bad day. I was simply going to acknowledge your comment and move on but I thought I would give you a reality check.
I have looked at your own channel which has 4 videos on it and choose to not comment on them because frankly there is nothing to comment about.
Secondly, you are the reason people choose to not follow their dreams and if they do, instead is supporting them, you’re the kind of person that shoots them down. This is a worthless comment that does nothing but break people down and if i was a snowflake I would have been impacted. But do me a favour and scroll through these comments and see what people are CHOOSING to say then look at yourself.
I am the kind of person that takes on feedback and I assure you that I even request it. Where I go wrong I correct things in subsequent videos but this is simply toxic and wish you did better.
Im not saying this for me, but for the creators who struggle with self confidence or have taken soo long to give it a go and then along comes Selby1239 who is the nothing but negativity and shuts down that person’s dreams and efforts.

The video was useful im just saying would you not double check the numbers match what you’re saying when reviewing the footage before posting ? You said the cloud eclipse were £170 then put up £175 next to them, then the numbers were incorrect when you were reading them out on the points, just trying to help you for your next video as you may not have noticed ? I watch your vids a lot I find them very useful
@@selby1239 I understand that, I truly do and believe me I even made a video when I noticed this myself. I am not perfect. I make mistakes. Please know that I am doing my very best. Genuinely giving this all I’ve got and sometimes I will make mistakes.
My only ask is for you to be a little more measured and thoughtful when you give feedback. The response you’ve given me now is so much more constructive and that is much more appreciated.
I do apologise to you of if I also offended you in my response to you but please know I am currently supporting a lot of creators who battle with confidence out of insecurities over what people have said. It’s worse for me because I am a dad who is raising children and teaching them to believe in themselves so I find it tough to not speak against what may come across as unfair negativity.

I’ve literally just searched for Kofuzi’s video now that you’ve mentioned it (and still haven’t watched it yet).
It’s sad when comments like this get made. I genuinely love Kofuzi and his content and I’ve made known to him and others but one thing I will never do is copy anyone.
I’m good being me. I have my own ideas and I’m driven by that. I know that your comment is not ill -intended but please know that I filmed my video the day before yesterday and I work full time(outside) of UA-cam so how could I film, edit and publish video in the time Kofuzi has done his?
But yeah… like I say… it’s important to be a little more considerate and kind.
