Suggestion, pound some stakes in the ground or place some bricks to give a spot that you place the basket exactly the same every time. This will make for dropping wood into the center of the basket exactly the same every time you place a new empty basket.
Chris and I were talking about staking a pallet in place where the tote needs to be positioned!

Looks great guys. Appreciate the support
Thanks Andrew! We appreciate your support, glad to be a part of the Eastonmade family.
Seeing that smile on your face on the first split was awesome. Congrats man!!
Thanks man, appreciate the support
Brother I'm so envious. I climbed back in a semi for the last 2 years trying to make an easton made happen. Congrats bro so happy for ya !
Thanks man, very grateful and humbled.
I blame myself, should have never brought mine over. Your hooked. Welcome to the orange and blue. Congratulations.
Ahaha I was hoping you’d see this one… all your fault! Thanks Todd
Booyah! Fantastic addition to the woodyard paired with the recent expansion and you are set!
I think so!
Congratulations guys
Thank you!
What a way to celebrate 10k. Congratulations Jake and Chris. Orange and Blue looks great in your woodyard. Mike 🔥🪵🍊🔵🇺🇸🇨🇦
Thanks Mike, really appreciate all the continued support
My god, I spoke this into existence! Lol I just commented how it was refreshing seeing someone split without an Eastonmade! Haha Awesome splitter, can’t deny those are B.A!
Lol when I saw your comment I was like oh boy this guy is going to be disappointed with my next video… hard to turn down an opportunity like this… thanks for the support!
Could see it coming and glad it finally happened. Congratulations Jake well deserved. Big thanks to Andrew for all he does for the community.
Thanks Bob, appreciate your continued support.
Christmas came early……sweet! Enjoy.
Thanks juan!
I’ve been waiting for this one. CONGRATULATIONS!!!
Thanks Doug! Good reason to come visit!
Congratulations fellows🎉 It seems as Andrew Easton scratched that itchy spot of you guys needing and Easton Made splitter. I'm wondering 🤔 if you have tried grouping 4 IBC 's - centered- under that conveyor, if it would load all four together. May save some time. Anyway you do it, that wood is flying!
If you look at some of the videos on the Metsa Machines channel, Bob does that when running any of the Japa Firewood processors. He adjusts the speed of the conveyor as necessary to fill the bins.
Thanks Ron! We’ve talked about this and might experiment!
👏✌Awesome Andrew 👌 congratulations team 👍
Thank you!
That about sums up the reaction when upgrading from a consumer splitter to a commercial splitter for the first time. Welcome to Team Eastonmade.
Yep! Just about speechless that it’s in the woodyard!
Hey guys! Totally thrilled for you with the Eastonmade acquisition! Amazing what a difference quality equipment can make in your firewood venture. This also makes me think about what an opportunity lost by Ruggedmade. Seems like they really dropped the ball with their lack of real support for you over time. Oh well lesson learned as I am sure they are kicking themselves now! Best of luck with your new equipment!
Thanks! Very excited for what this new machine can do for us! Ruggedmade stood behind their machine and helped me many times over the years. At the end of the day they don’t currently offer a larger higher productivity machine. They are not out of the picture, I appreciate your support.
Beautiful upgrade!!
Thanks Heath
Considering the marketing short that Andrew just put out, Jake getting this is absolutely no surprise.
He now has all the popular wood channels in his pocket
They seem to be shilling these things out everywhere.
Wow! Jake, That’s an amazing efficiency and allows you & Chris to increase your production and still have some time to relax! Thanks to Andrew @Eastonmade!
Thank you! It already is increasing productivity
One man operation now.
Makes splitting solo much easier but Chris will still be very involved.
@@DudeRanchDIY Chris is like the gas engine……useful valuable hardworking lol and soon to be up to pasture lol. Appreciate him while he’s needed!!!lol
Awesome! Congrats on the new toy. The 22-28 makes me wish I bought one instead of my 12-22.
Both great machines! The 22-28 just doesn’t care what you put infront of it!
Well done guys!! 👍
Thank you
Awsome ,kind of saw this coming. Then, in the last video, you had the eastonmade hat and were kind of putting the old splitter down.
I actually got the hat a while ago, wasn’t putting the machine down, just expressing what was going on in the moment. Had I not modified it with an auto cycle it would work fine.
Sweet machine.
That’s pretty nice.
I had a feeling an Easton made might be on its way! 😂That thing is a beast, great choice, and congrats on 10K subs
Haha thanks!
Looking good fellas. Going to have to make a bigger bundles stand out front. I'm still waiting on Andrew to install a sticker on his machines. "Butt to the wedge". It creates quite a bit less splitter trash and keeps the pump from having to go into 2nd stage as often which slows it down. I sent you an email with some pictures for another easy improvement for you. And congrats on 10K. Dale
I know what you mean, still figuring out all the intricacies. I’ll check email
Congratulations Jake and Chris, it's about time. Now you will be super productive....Pete
Thank you Pete!
Congratulations Jake!!! Well deserved for y'all!! As the saying goes...You've come a Long Way!!!! Stay Hydrated and Have a Safe Day
Thank you David!!
Congrats Jake, I just caught one of your last ones and you were "going to have to deal" with overheating or something. I see you dealt with it LOL!
Haha thank you! The overheating shouldn’t be an issue any longer!
Nice machine. Bummed we won't learn how to cool down a hot splitter! Now it's a race between most of my favorite channels? Who splittin the most ? Who breaks first? Enjoy!!!
On the contrary! Having the Eastonmade will allow me to tinker with the ruggedmade without having downtime!
Cool
Super nice , super fast , super efficient. Getting more done quicker will leave more time for the fun things.
Exactly! Thanks for the support Marc!
Awsome machine guy’s 🤙🏻 🍻
Thanks Devon!
That's a fine machine. Enjoy the Journey - Cheers
Thank you Bob
Jake, I'm really liking that 22-28 with the conveyor! You are all set for massive wood production! Awesome!
Thanks George! Ready to make lots of wood!
the 22-28 makes a huge difference in production to you current splitter have, Have a good day Jake,
It sure does Ebele!
Congratulations Guys, that’s awesome!
Thank you Phillip!
Great stuff mate I had been dropping your name to Easton Made for ages and glad it’s worked out for you. Can’t wait to see mode vids with it👏👏🍻
Thank you for the support!
Seems like that box wedge is going to up your production significantly!
I think so!
I said a ways back that I see orange in your future, well glad I was right! Congrats Dude Ranch DIY, that set up should work amazing for you. You could bag the bigger pieces of trash and sell it for kindling, it doesn't have to be small full length 16" pieces if the price is right. Something to think about anyway. Whatever deal you worked out with Andrew @Eastonmade I'm sure it will work for both of you. 👍👍
Thank you! Already been collecting kindling the past few months this will help make more!
Men A big congratulations welcome to team Blue and Orange you will absolutely love it ,saves so much time 👍👍🇺🇸🪵🪵
Thank you Glenn, already love it!
Congrats, Gents! Looks like the Y in DIY just got a whole bunch easier😂. Also looks like you’re going to have plenty of food for the burn barrel. It is a little messy but completely worth it in the long run.
Thanks John! Yep the burn barrel will be busy and the kindling will be plentiful!
Absolutely the perfect machine for you guys!!! Totally awesome.
I think so!
Dude that’s awesome!!! lol it’s a good thing you cleared extra room at the wood yard, with the new EastonMade you’ll fill up the additional space quickly!
Haha there’s a method to the madness!
Congratulations. Long overdue. This should really help your production. Your 10,000th subscriber is very near. Chris won't even have to help now..
Thanks James! Big day with the splitter and hitting 10k!! I’ll still keep Chris around… 😂
Congrats guys that thing is a beast. Better get some more wood and lots more lol. Take care Guys !!!
Thank you!
🇺🇲Congratulations on ten thousand subscribers🇺🇲
Thank you !
New splitter and conveyer and 10,000 subs. Congratulations boys, well deserved. Kenny
Thank you Kenny!
10k subscribers too! congrats
Thanks buddy
Nice Dud ❤️🇨🇦
Thanks Len!
What a surprise you better get alot of wood. To feed that animal
Already been calling my other tree friends!
Help it's hungry
congrats on 10K!
Thank you!
Jake you and Chris are definitely ready for splitting a ton of wood now. Andrew from Eastomade hooked you guys up in your wood yard. I love to see this splitter in person in action.
He sure did! Excited for what’s to come!
Couldn't be happier for you guys. This is a game changer. Now the challenge is, supply, more totes. Are you up for it? Stay tuned.
Thank you, I’ve been working on upping my tote and log supply
How exciting guys! The question is how much does it cost. KC Don 😉
I believe pricing is on their website, thanks for watching Don
Congratulations Jake. This will speed up your production. This is awesome. U might not get Chris off the new machine. Hahahaha. Cheers 🍻 guys
Thanks guys!! It sure will speed up the process! Chris hasn’t left the woodyard for days
@@DudeRanchDIY hahahaha
Say whatttttttt, never saw that coming this soon. Congrats.
Thanks Kevin!
I called it with my comment in the last video!! 🤣
I knew you guys would have an Easton Made on your wood lot sooner than later and congrats on getting the 22-28, that machine is a beast!
Thank you, it sure is a powerful machine!
Wow that’s an awesome splitter, I could use one of those. Was that made for you? I need an upgrade. Saw you in Monroe
Thanks, you can order them like this from Eastonmade. Yup, Monroe is home.
awesome!! Id be curious to know how many totes an hr you can produce with both of you working and cutting rounds to feed the splitter.
That might have to be a video we do!
Can't beat Eastonmade! Just received my 37D a couple weeks ago. When did you order your 28 with the conveyor option?
Congratulations, the 37d is a hell of a machine. I did not order this, it was sent to me for promotional advertising purposes.
@@DudeRanchDIY Congrats! Love what you guys have done with the wood yard. Looks awesome!
Thank you!
11 minutes. F-n A!
Lol it’s stupid fast
😂😂😂whatttttttt 🧡💙
Are you still in partnership with Rugged Made?
I will continue to work with RuggedMade, just in a different manner.
Production just got a lot quicker than with the old system ❤🪵🪵🪵🪵🪵🪵🪵🪵🪵🪵🪵🪵🪵🪵🪵🪵🪵😊😮👍just gotta get more logs ,also more totes
More logs and totes incoming!
