To use anti lag you need to turn it on in the detailed car options before starting a race it’s not on by default
Also car needs to warm up before it pops flames 👍🏼

That Camaro ZL1 1LE is the best “muscle car” of today. It’s just fantastic on the track, and it makes the 650 HP work harder than the GT500 and Hellcat makes their 700+ work.

Not sure if you knew but:
1. Wide body needs you to set your wheels to wide or it hampers your car PP rating.
2. If you do body mods, do the wide body before anything else because the game removes anything you applied before widebody.
3. Also body modifications affect your PP, just look up at the PP in the auto shop before your apply the mod and immediately after you'll see it change. Side skirts don't seem to affect anything that you can notice but it looks nice.
4. When you tune your car at the pre-race screen, any changes will be calculated when you exit. Not sure if the grid is matched to you but anything is possible.
5. If you're having issues with weird snap oversteer, check the assists at the very bottom is countersteer, which is on by default and saves you from mild sideways antics but if it's just over the limit for default you'll get that snap oversteer looks is trying to kill you.
This is game is very well done, just needs more polish and I need them to put the engine swap in the auto shop and not in random ticket roulette. Why didn't they put brakes in there instead, that sounds just as logical🙄😒.
Anyway back to the grind, collector level 17 and counting. Good to see you're enjoying yourself, hopefully PD gets the Gran Turismo Sophy out sooner than we expect, so that rubbish AI can be deleted from the game.

You do know that's how GT always had it, GT Sport the only non numbered GT didn't let you, it was a e-sport focused title and not the mainline game as said by the director of the studio himself, before it was launched and it was the going back to basics and starting GT all over. This is why GT 7 literally has almost everything all the other GT's had barring a few things like B-Spec mode and Full Race Mod conversion. One game out of 8 does not a pattern make!

Like that you enjoy different type of cars and enjoy the progression style of the game.and yes muscle cars are fun but once in a while throwing a hothatch around is also fun.
I have a Swift Sport so it will be fun buying my car to run some hothatch races with.
Tires are one of the most essential and one of the most expensive mods that helps a ton through All the Gran Turismo series.

I have the exact same Camaro, hooked it up to match up with the course, and yeah it’s a beast. I haven’t supercharged it yet but maybe I’ll do it. Just pure engine still dominates

I love this car I just tuned it today I hit 206mph at trail mountain with room to spare. But I was coming into a turn, I took my time with suspension tires transmission I even had to adjust the transmission as well but it's perfect. My PP level is 736 with 955 HP. And she handles quite well.
How do you have 955? Mines 700 maxed and very unstable with a sc installed
The zl1 maxed out is just nuts! If you want to drive it on tracks that have some slow turns you need to have EVERYTHING enabled. On Interlagos, for the first corner, you need to start braking from the finish line and after the turn you have to go slow until the next straight!
(With ASM, countersteer aid set on low, normal ABS and TCS on 3)

Ways Gran Turismo will get some good money. Add traffic option. Add the a whole opened world Tokyo Express way as one whole map. Add the whole entire opened Tokyo Express way, and a smaller scale inner heart of Tokyo and Tokyo shipment yard as its own open world map, at least 20 to 30 miles of open map to explore.

GT has always been exclusive to Playstation because it’s created by Polyphony and Forza is exclusive to Microsoft (PC and Xbox). That doesn’t seem like it will ever change.

Just in Houston, Texas you'll find an organized car show somewhere every weekend within 30 miles of the city. They are all free in Houston. Well, most are free. And there are hundreds of pristine cars at some of them.
Rent a car and drive across the country visiting car shows all over. Discover what's going on up in the heart of our auto industry in Detroit and Midwest America. Southern California has its own car culture. And let's not forget about Florida and Miami. Be warned, people outside of Texas tend to charge entrance fees to their car shows. Can't say much about New York and the North West. Those places are too outta sync with the rest of us.
If you are seriously wild about the classics, you gotta make that trip so you'll have another "in my day" ICE story to tell your grandkids.

I was up till 3am on a workday playing this game if youre on the fence about getting this game stop get yo ass off the fence and go get this game ASAP it is amazing! You can spend hours just testing your car to get it to feel the way you want it to. some races are intense AF too actually had my heart BPM go up because the AI puts up serious competition. Its like a return to form with this game best GT game to date IMO
i got the C4 corvette and fully tuned it. its WAY to powerful and will spin at the first sight of a corner.

I did this too right before your vid came out, and holy shit is it undrivable. There are 5 gears and sometimes the wheels were spinning at 5th gear redline!
The game is not showing the race available to finish top 3 to get the prize car for cafe mode .Therefore I’m waiting for the used cars to change to hopefully buy them. Unable to progress because of this. Anyone know why?
Use the oil change trick it give you a few more hp (change oil before u mod the cars )

lol i built a crazy powered r32, im almost positive the wheels were too big and i didn’t wide body it, and legit couldn’t turn until i put smaller wheels on, if that was the case (also raised it and changed other things) this game has really nice details, really enjoying it, knew it was gonna be the first ps5 game i grab

Any tips on how to reduce the amount of wheel spin? I customized the mustang GT 15’ you get from the menu book and I can’t even give more than half throttle with TCS turned up all the way, my wheels spin like crazy. Maybe I just need to work on my throttle control?

@@gladylagy3565 yeah you know I changed up my tires from sports to racing slicks and it was a hell of a lot better. Still fumbling to find some stability in the turns, man the RWD muscle cars are TOUGH to get to feel good. At least for me they have been.
You're upgrading your car backasswards. First thing is to upgrade brakes system pads and all, suspension and tires. You add power only if you need it, usually I'll reduce the weight unless there is a weight class limit you need to stay above. I have the car but I don't drive it, but it comes stock with sport hard tires which are decent, unless you don't actually learn anything from the liscense tests. Drive within the limits of the vehicle, don't add more power than you can reasonably handle.
