Helldivers 2 - Kill A Charger With Resupply Pod - Caught Them By Supplies Trophy Guide (PS5)

- In today's Helldivers 2 trophy guide we are taking look at the "Caught Them By Supplies" trophy. For this trophy you need to kill a charger with a resupply pod. This is actually I trophy I made a video on in the original game back in 2017 called "The Element of Supplies". In order to kill the charger with a resupply pod you will need to use a bit of the map terrain and bait the charger into attacking you while you are sitting on the resupply pod point. The video will show a couple different methods for getting this tougher trophy completed. I hope this video helps and thanks so much for watching!

It takes just one resupply pod the the first u threw it the head which has 3x the armor if u hit the back it takes just one ;)

Makes sense that how you kill it if you don't have explosives is from the back
dude wth am i doing wrong then? i hit a charger with 4 resupplies and it didnt die. Instead it bled out and i didnt get the achievement..BS
I literally killed like 3 different chargers with the resupply and no trophy yet im on PC by the way @dasunbaduge8846
If youre struggling to get the charger on the supply at the right time, an ORBITAL EMS STRIKE does a good job at keeping him frozen while the supply drop arrives

How do you get the EMS strike again?
@firepowerx-venezuelangame3890 should be one the unlockable stratagems in the orbital category but I believe it’s not until the late game
I tried the EMS and it glitched and didn't stun him😭
If anyone can't figure out how to dodge a charger - run in a circle when he goes brrrrrr
Or just dive to the side
This trophy was easy for me resupply will stick to chargers so just throw right onto them and wait for it to drop on charger

Quasor to side armor, Flashback to hold, EMS orbital to hold longer, place Resupply on top, move away, flashbang to keep in place.
2 tricks. You can use ARC or Stun grenade to keep him in one place

You can put the resupply beacon on top of the chargers
Tip, just drain some of the charges hp before sending the hell pod, and use the stun orbital strike and mortar
i think mine is bugged becuase everytime i do it the charge like bleeds out or something like that
update i guess joined in a mission with randoms and it immediately popped
make him bleed first, then use the pod
As soon as I throw a resupply pod when he’s stuck in between some rocks is when the game decided to hate me and make him teleport out of nowhere 😂
I killed two chargers with the supply pod and it won't give me that trophy😢

@@Jacob_267 I believe I found out why you have to kill it with one drop not two on the same day my friend was battling just a normal charger I threw down my supply down and it killed him and I got the achievement I think you have to use one not two

@@Yokyle4356 nah i figured it out. you have to do the 3rd difficulty and do the charger mission. gotta kill one of them. i used the sos then the resupply back to back.

FWIW For mine I threw it at its head while it was charging me. It stuck like a Halo plasma "sticky" grenade, then the Supply Pod acted like a homing missile and killed it.
I don't think the resupply pods stick to the Bahemoth variant
trying to get this trophy but with the new update on the chargers its much harder to wait for a second resupply as the first one will cause it to bleed out and die causing the game not to count it as a kill by resupply so is there parts of the chargers that could be a one hit if hit correctly?
I can't find the Charger missions. Which planets are they on?
They are on all of the terminid planets at difficulty 3 and up
This mission does not appear for me the eliminate charger one, do i have to wait for it?
It is only available on certain difficulties. I believe difficulty 3 is the main one it appears on (or whatever difficulty I showed in the video)
Thats a charge behemoth in the normal way he has more health
Anyone out there care to assist a fellow Helldiver with this achievement? I keep getting close but everytime more bugs come and kill him. I have a total of 8 achievements left counting this one
This trophy is bugged. I did this multiple times easily using the stun grenade.
How?
I was able to do it but the trophy did not pop :(
