That's pretty cool. I use either one of Maxpedition Falcon backpacks. I have a semi hard velcro pannel with 3 pouches attatched to it. I can basically pull it out and set it in any back that is at least 9 by 12 ish.
Messenger bags are basically a purse for men. Don't get angry and argue, they are. A bag with a shoulder strap is a purse. I have nothing against that, just doesn't work for me. A small backpack is way better for multi-use and multi-scenario situations so that's what I carry daily. I guess if you just go to an office on a bus every day A messenger bag could be good for that but things like patches are a bad idea. Nothing should draw attention to whatever type of bag you carry. No bag for daily carry should look tactical in any way nor should it give anyone any clues as to your capabilities or that the bag may contain anything of use or value.
Not so much of an EDC video as it is a sales pitch for the bag. To be fair, it's a nice bag, but a 20-minute stroke vs a meaningful EDC dump. Unfortunate...
