Karvast, I used to carry a purse that had a zippered separate section underneath it for work shoes. The main section of my purse had everything but the kitchen sink. I *loved* that bag, but it wore out and I haven't found another like it.
I carried this overseas and thought it was great. Ton of people with military bags getting looks and I just walked around like a normal person who didnt own a car. Great bag, perfect to fly with, and you can fit waayyyy more than in this video when absolutely needed without it being uncomfortable. The bag its self is a little pricey but well worth the cost if you like your stuff to last long.
I went into this video casually thinking I wasn't going to learn anything new because of all of the videos I've watched on this subject..then boom... I realized how many people on a weekly basis ask me about the bag I carry..or just look at it (then me subsequently) because of it's uniqueness.. thanks for the eye opening video my friend, you just solved a problem I didn't even know I had! -Peace
Saw another video where the prepper had nice tactical backpacks in his truck and wondered why he got broken into. I keep a backpack of items mainly for when I work like bottled water, phone charger and cord, and extra cash. I have it in a little girl's pink backpack. People looking in your car will think it has no value. Same with diaper bag.
THAT's a REALLY GOOD IDEA! I think I'd roll up a couple of diapers (like they've been used) and place them at the top of the bag, inside a clear plastic bag- NO ONE wants to dig in that.

There's a natural law concerning bags of all sorts. Whether it's a messenger type bag like this, a small format sling bag, a duffle bag, or a backpack. The bigger the bag, the more space it has, the more stuff we men will find to stuff into it. We will see empty areas and start thinking about it carrying more stuff. Then, once we get the bag full, we stuff it down as tight as possible and then put more stuff on top of the other stuff which, we thought, filled it up. We will always think, "There's room for this widget or that gadget and, it might come in handy in a SHTF situation."

I find those types of bags with the shoulder straps to be ideal for me. Backpacks are for school kids and look strange on a grown man unless it's a hiking or camping situation. When I had a backpack, because the store only had them in stock, I found it too easy to leave them on the bus. You have to take them off in order to sit down, or for that matter, walk down the aisle without hitting people with it. Having a bag is great for people not into EDC. They can serve as a kind of valet. You place everything you need into the various pockets the night before and it's all ready for you before you go out the door in the morning. If you organize it well, you can go through it and do a quick check to make sure you are heading out with your keys, wallet, phone, etc. I have a duffle bag that bunches up to fit into the small hat compartment in my locker. Yet it is capable of holding my winter coat. Quite handy in the fall and spring seasons when the mornings are cold but the afternoons are too warm to wear to the coat..

We’ve learned the value of having a first aid kit in the car over the years. My husband has come up on major incidents and somehow only when he forgot to pack the first aid kit. I think in the span of 2 years he was first on the scene of a car accident with a significant head injury, first on scene of a shooting also with major injuries involved and then found a man with a nasty cut after falling from a bike on a jogging trail. With the car wreck he thought it was an abandoned vehicle in a ditch until he noticed a woman slumped over the wheel. With the shooting he was on his way to get breakfast and saw two men laying in pools of blood on the side of the road. It doesn’t take a major disaster to need things like first aid stuff. On a side note it’s nice to hear someone recommend a normal looking bag for an emergency car kit. I always notice when someone is carrying around a “prepper” or military style bag and it really stands out. Since I have a toddler I use an extra diaper bag to store emergency food, water, and other supplies in my car. I also keep a decent umbrella stroller and carrier in my car so if I have to get out and walk with him I’m not stuck trying to carry a squirmy toddler in my arms for miles. I’ve also learned to keep my emergency bags to a minimum so they don’t take up so much space I have to take them out frequently. I was always making that mistake when I first started keeping an emergency bag. I’d promise myself I’d put it back after my big grocery run or whatever it was but then it would sit in the house for months before I remembered.
+DropForgedSurvival yeh, it's not *exactly* my style, but i like the fact that it's muted and doesn't draw attention. you're right about the quality...it's very nice!
DropForged If you don't like yours and want to trash it, I give you my address. And do another review from a dude who uses a cane for them. I tried one armed backpack on a shoulder each side, no joy. I have to look like a big kid going to primary school 😂
Great video! I like your approach, it’s very practical & I like people who are capable of recognizing past mistakes & making corrections. Some EDC folks get so locked in on prepping for everything that I just kind of move along. There’s no point engaging with people like that. Your approach is much better.
The only thing I would add is a HYDROBLU Sidekick water straw. Very small, light weight can filter about 50 gallons. If anyone saw it, they think its a writing pen.
Hi, I tend to try for the grey look myself, always good to have a nose round other guys kit. Maybe missed it if you can use your laptop charger for it too but if you have a power bank and a charging cable carrying a wall charger gives you more options to keep the bank fully charged if you're not able to use the solar panel. I've got a 'Mu' which folds down really flat but I'm sure there are others. Cheers for posting mate.
Hi! I just wanted to tell you that today I received my Solar Power Bank, as recommended by you, and I LOVE it! Can't wait to see how it works in the sunshine. Thank you so much for recommending such excellent products. I also got the compass and utility knife. My EDC is really getting together.
I appreciate this video. It popped up in my recommended when I was at school, and I was like “oh there’s a massager bag in the thumb nail, I have one too” I don’t know kinda a simple thing but I guess I figured that the video required a messenger bag. Anyway, I loved the video, now I have a clearer view of what I need so thank you :)
Very well thought out bag. The only thing I would suggest is a 6" Isreali dressing to go with the Tq. Very compact and takes up little space but can be a true lifesaver if ever needed. Keep up the good work!!
Thank you for the video. I did end up buying two items that you showed in your video. It was the plasma lighter and the solar charger battery bank. It will make a good addition to my bag. Keep up the good work.
I see you whear glasses. I did not see a spare pair of glasses in your bag. You should put a spare pair of old glasses in your bag. Also, I know you are a medical field guy. So I know you will be helping those that are injured, so you may want to put a couple sets of sturdy med gloves, and a set of leather gloves in your bag. When a disaster happens, and it will. Alot of bad stuff will be airborne. So a face masks would also be a thought. Duct tape is good, but I would add a role of black electricians tape. Its good for a body injury quick first aid situation. Like an extra cover, on a band aid, on a cut finger, or arm.
I have extra glasses in my bag, and a separate pair in my car. I also have 4 or 5 extra pairs of contact lenses stored in various locations. If something happens, I'll be no good to anybody without glasses or contacts.
n95 face masks are nice .. but a bandana is just as good and can also be used as a water filter a sling a tourniqit a face cloth ... a towel and a bandage ... single use items in an edc are JUNK ... if it doesnt do more than 2 things you dont want it ... even a lighter has multiple uses .. but all its uses are still as a fire lighter or a mild explosive diversion ... duct tape and or electrical tape are nice but duct tape is more useful ... as for cuts crazy glue was originally designed to seal cuts in soldiers .. it is also known as liquid bandage ... eletrical tape has its uses ... but does not have enough strength in tension to be widely useful, while duct tape does have tensile strength and just happens to be a close second for electrical connections to proper electrical tape ... dont use the metal fiber kind use the basic fiber and glue kind ... carry plastic gloves and leather gloves is a bad idea .. the leather gloves alone are best ... the puncture proof and liquid shielded ones are the best ... the med gloves are nice if you have a huge sac you can put stuff in because they do hold water or even make baby bottles nice ... but otherwise they are pretty much useles sin a survival situation because they are one time use and gone items ... they rank up there with granola bars ... once used they are no longer useful which makes them last in first out options
"Grey man" What a great concept because I have gotten some strange looks from people while I was carrying my SOG Prophet backpack. This was actually a good video for me to think about, because perceptions can matter. 👍👍👍
Half of these comments are about your nutsac... I like the humor of this community. It's like we know it's there and there's really no need to mention it but we do anyways. Also 17 people at the moment this comment was made don't like your nutsac.
"Grinds my gears," I've not heard that expression before, don't sweat the small things, it takes too much energy, and I imagine most of us knew what he meant.
really enjoying your videos... thanks for posting. i always incorporate zip ties into my edc... like duct tape, they have a million uses, they're re-usable and they weigh next to nothing...
I like buying old, ratty cheap bags (reinforced on the inside by me using outdoor thread), and having stuff on top like rolled up baby diapers in a clear plastic bag. Who wants to go digging in that? I also have a couple of used, thrift store baby toys near or in one of the pockets, visible to anyone looking.
Love the baby bag trick! I used a similar idea to sneak candy into an advance screening of a movie and they were searching people’s bags for cameras. I crumpled some clean napkins across the pocket with the candy stash, and apologized to the security person for my “berry sduffy nodse” *dramatic sniffle and nose wipe* Operation gummy bear was a success
A good video and a very good EDC, I also like the bag itself as it's functional and doesn't stand out, it looks like a message bag, very "greyish" looking. Thanks for the tips.
Great video. I just went from a 511 MOAB6 to a urban bag. I basically carry the same things you do, but I carry an additional flashlight. I carry a Leatherman Signal instead of a Wave, because the Signal incorporated a ferro rod and whistle. I also carry a firearm and 2 mags in mine.
Besides a personal protection device he could carry a personal satelite tracking device for emergencies as suggested by David Paulides of Missing 411 fame. He says that he has never heard of a missing person who went missing if they carried both those two items.
I carry a small fastrope bundle on all of my key sets. They are different colors, which makes it easy for me to grab the right keys quickly. The paracord can be deployed in about 5 seconds, and, if I'm back in practice, rewound in about 10.
City prepping, Regardless of how much you stuck out do you feel like all your gear is just jumbled up as to before when it was compartmentalized? I have a 5.11 rush Moab 10 that doubles as a diaper bag and edc gear. I think it's perfect
Lots of great ideas. One suggestion, if you are going to carry a tourniquet then carry a pressure bandage or similar so you can follow your full protocol and attempt direct pressure first.
Good stuff, Might want to consider a "zip lock bag" for your "medical" items, would help to keep things better organized. Similar to what you have for your misc items. Appreciate the idea of EDC vs forever, a lot of channels place way to much gear for everyday in my opinion.
The hardest part to posting on the internet with your name, like I do, is that you arent safe if the people who knows you are on the net also, finding out what you carry or have on you. If I carry a gun, knife, or deer musk, I wouldnt post it. 🤔
City Prepping Yes, I went on to their website, just after your post earlier today, and picked up a rad bag- I mentioned your channel , I hope you don't mind...
Great video ! My computer bag is the Maxpedition Tuxedo Laptop Backpack bag that fits a 17" or smaller laptop. The two large inside pockets fit NIJ Level IIIA Backpack Armor (hard and/or soft). The bag is to small to be a Day Pack... The bag is set up to be VA, TSA and school friendly. And the armor offers more padding for the laptop ! tjl
Love your videos. I live in the IE and want out of so cal so bad. Wish i knew of local groups tjat get together and share ideas. I have been trying for many years to get everyone on board to carry a get home bag and have a large emergency pantry and water supply at home giveing just the obvious reason of the san andreas in our back yards. I am thinking that is the least of worries at this time with so much tension around the world.. i always get good info from your videos and appreciate the work you put in to doing them..
+Stef L thanks for the feedback! yeh, there's a lot of issues here in the IE plus plenty of crazy things going on around the nation. there used to be a few good prepper groups here locally, but they've dissolved. need to get another group going soon.
I have similar content + : - hand sanitizer (very small one) - pocket toothbrush (how many times I didn't came back home after going to someone's place...) - umbrella (a lot of rain here) - basic painkillers (half of the one I used in my bag was for others but it's always handy).
I liked the vid & Will probably start carrying something similar, but I thought I should let you know some thing. I took an emt basic course & one of the things they drilled into us when learning bandaging/ dressing wounds was that a torniquet can be made out of just about anything but should be a last resort in any situation due to the fact that you often loose parts anywhere down the bloodstream from where you apply the torniquet
Btw having watched several of your videos i can honestly say that you would be a perfect example of a "grey man" on the streets lol. Having said that, my 6'5 240lbs ass would stick out like a sore thumb lol!!!!! 😁👍
You could also add a large sandwich bag and a straw that way in a situation where you have to fill up for water and leave you have a extra litre you can grab bang a tablet in and go saving your water bottle just a thought
I live in California. In LA (unfortunately). More people in my area carry these sort of "messenger" style bags than anything else. Every baseline is different. If you're in Little Tokyo, by all means, wear a backpack that looks like a pikachu. Haha.
JD Grayman here at least in my highschool messenger bag are uncommon actually i'm the only guy who carry a bag like this but i surprinsingly don't draw attention that much.
Very good video with solid content. I found your channel after I viewed The Urban Prepper's interview with you. Keep up the good work. You may want to also consider carrying a small amount of cordage as well a plastic spoon and fork. I can't tell you how many times they come in handy.
i said to hell with plastic. passed a Goodweill, went inside and 30 cents later stainless steel fork and spoon. easy to clean, reusable forever. wrapped in a small ziploc with spare napkins from Rotten Ronnies (they always give too many in take-away sacks).
I like my EDCs to be discreet too. As much as I love tactical and military looking stuff, I generally want my civilian life to look... well, civilian. so I tend to carry around a business satchel which is useful. I'm looking to move to a regular backpack like the kind teens take to High School mainly as satchels get annoying for me all the time.
Get a backpack NOT a messenger bag. The reason being if one has to carry it for a long time, then it is more comfortable (and efficient) to carry on the back as opposed to off the shoulder. Pro-tip: make sure it has a decent waist strap.
Wow, that’s a lot of electrical dependant kit. Essential? The rest is very compact! I’ve tried smaller backpacks 20kg. I’ve stayed with a predominately back grey 25kg one. As a woman I’ve found too many people have tried to get my normal shoulder looking bag away from me. Not so with a backpack. 💜
In my area (not only my town) having an EDC bag immediately makes you not a grey man, no matter how subtle the bag. People here don't carry bags, other than shopping bags.
Every guy should be sure he he has his nut-sac on him. You never know when you might need to use it! 😂 The name of that bag is priceless! Thanks for sharing what you carry. All kidding aside, there’s some useful information in this video.
Off the subject though, I wanted to tell you that I got my Ecozoom Versa and it's Awesome. Thanks again for posting your products links. It makes it very easy in finding and ordering.
Up to a few hundred years ago before someone came up with pockets everyone cared a purse. They were used by solders and mountain men to carry stuff to reload there muzzle loaders. Not everyone wants or needs to carry a gun. As for the logo I believe they give you the option of two leather patches one with just a nut on it.
Looks good to me. I like that you have some 1st aide, says something about you as a person. personal I don't have an edc I live in small town I can see work from my house it is only a few blocks to downtown or the mall. hell the 18 hole golf course is in walking distance. I have to travel 300 km to get to a city with more than 100,000 people. Don't get me wrong I have emergency kits in all my vehicles and I always have a pocket knife with me and I have daypacks when we head off road, hiking and alike activities. The only problem with your bag is some may recognize the quality of it, but most who would aren't the people you need worry about.
Interesting, thanks. Living in Manhattan, I only need about half of what you show. Since I go to the VA often, I won't carry a knife. The balance of items seem to be what any NYer carries around, especially women. I use a black rip-stop nylon ba,g on the premise that never carry a bag that weighs more than the stuff in it.
Put in good a swiss army knife and small sharpening stone. A empty water bladder of some type. Magnesium fire starting bar with stiker. And a couple of the large black heavy duty trash bags, these can be used as a rain coat or filled with dry news paper, leaves, pine needles and used as a blanket.
In an emergency situation, such as the internet going down, do you keep or ditch your ipad? I would think it would take up much needed space that can be used for other things.
A four way sillcock wrench, a Bic lighter, yes you have your rechargable lighter but a Bic can dry out tinder and always lights at least a few hundred times
I used that USB power bank myself. It is no longer available. But I found the solar panel to be all but useless. As a test, I left it out in the direct sunlight in July all day just to get a feel for how much it would recharge. It didn't even charge enough to charge one device and be considered usable. It would have taken days to charge up (via solar power) to get a high enough charge to be useful for anything. I've used a number of these power banks over the years and I've found that they tend to have a life span of about three years. Also the most practical ones tend to have a digital meter on them so you know how much power is left. This particular model doesn't have that feature. Pen - go straight with a metal tactical pen. These tend to be useful as a emergency weapon and also may or may not come with a glass breaker. But if you can find one that will fit a refill for Rite in the Rain pens, then you can pretty much write on anything. Also consider Rite in the Rain note pads. They come in a variety of sizes. Pen light. I get the headlight, but I've always preferred a pen light instead. I literally carry one on my person. I just hold it in my mouth if I need both hands free. I like the idea of putting some cash in the cell phone case and would also recommend carrying a separate ID in there as well. If you happen to forget your wallet, you still need proper idea if you are driving.
HA! I was watching along and comparing it to my bag. I think we have about 90% of the same stuff! Now I still carry the tactical bag with Molle straps because in N.Phoenix they aren't too far out of the norm and because I can clip things to it like my solar charger so while I'm mobile, I still charge. Also - The Tac Bag v the Grey Bag... The Tac-Bag bristles just a little. I find that most people don't give it a second look, but people that may do you harm in a grid down situation might look at it and realize that there are skills that come with that bag. Skills they may not want to tangle with. While the grey man messenger bag you have looks like what a lot of the soft, skinny jean wearing, mocha latte sipping, Millennial's carry. True you don't stand out, but you also look mighty tasty. ;-) I do carry a more bonafide iFAK in my bag and some of the velcro computer cable straps. They make quick work of lashing and fastening things that need to be secured. I'd never build a structure with them but they are handy. Also a couple of small carabiners go along for the same reason. I keep a spare pair of cheap disposable sunglasses in there too. Since work is only 12 miles from home and there is a lot of open desert, I got a free topographic map online and printed it on 11x17 paper and put that in a baggie too. Good Bag! Great video!
That's a basic prep but I'd add those into this kit. I'm going to get some of the specialist tools CP kindly linked so you don't have to buy the full kit if you have access to some stuff already. Most channels would push the kit only. CP is pushing dental preparedness

Actually, one of my bug bags is a kid backpack, with transformers on it. It'll look worthless if shtf.
I really enjoy my Nutsac Bag they sent me for testing a review. Not really my style but no Doubt! Very high quality.
+Prepare Learn Survive! Good idea!
Prepare Learn Survive!
Or you could just pull a 55 gallon drum of water on a dolly. Always ready!
Bryan Wilson 😂😂😂😂
In the city? Wtf lol
And, I thought you were going to say,"lipstick", well close enough, he does have lipbalm!
One advantage of living in a college town. Every third person has a backpack, so I don't look too out of place carrying one.
So, you must be in your early twenties then? Or, a mature student? I'm a very mature student...LOL
Jerry Guerra I have 3...I never throw my old ones away. would rather see worse, than not at all.
guaze...I roll with gauze and tape. it's light and will stop 90% of bleeds.
I have extra glasses in my bag, and a separate pair in my car. I also have 4 or 5 extra pairs of contact lenses stored in various locations. If something happens, I'll be no good to anybody without glasses or contacts.
Depends how bad his vision is,but it could be usefull.
n95 face masks are nice .. but a bandana is just as good and can also be used as a water filter a sling a tourniqit a face cloth ... a towel and a bandage ... single use items in an edc are JUNK ... if it doesnt do more than 2 things you dont want it ... even a lighter has multiple uses .. but all its uses are still as a fire lighter or a mild explosive diversion ... duct tape and or electrical tape are nice but duct tape is more useful ... as for cuts crazy glue was originally designed to seal cuts in soldiers .. it is also known as liquid bandage ... eletrical tape has its uses ... but does not have enough strength in tension to be widely useful, while duct tape does have tensile strength and just happens to be a close second for electrical connections to proper electrical tape ... dont use the metal fiber kind use the basic fiber and glue kind ... carry plastic gloves and leather gloves is a bad idea .. the leather gloves alone are best ... the puncture proof and liquid shielded ones are the best ... the med gloves are nice if you have a huge sac you can put stuff in because they do hold water or even make baby bottles nice ... but otherwise they are pretty much useles sin a survival situation because they are one time use and gone items ... they rank up there with granola bars ... once used they are no longer useful which makes them last in first out options
"Grey man" What a great concept because I have gotten some strange looks from people while I was carrying my SOG Prophet backpack. This was actually a good video for me to think about, because perceptions can matter. 👍👍👍
I like This man, it's very practical and not too over the top for edc.
+obscured thanks!
I travel 60 miles to work everyday... my EDC bag doubles as a get home bag, since a GHB is a necessity in my case. Nice video.
Nice purse dude
This is a great everyday bag - my grandma carried one like this for years.
Everything looks useful. Thanks for sharing this! :D
Great video. People forget it’s personal edc, what works for you. I personally use an old backpack it suits me well for where I live and what I do
Half of these comments are about your nutsac... I like the humor of this community. It's like we know it's there and there's really no need to mention it but we do anyways.
Also 17 people at the moment this comment was made don't like your nutsac.
You know what really grinds my gears? When someone pulls out a tiny case and says they're HEADphones and then opens it to show EARphones instead
-Vance- Dun that grinds your gears lol... your either joking or you need help Vance.
True, I used them to make pens for my four rescued bunnies, they also work as handcuffs, which is why they are forbidden on aeroplanes.
I have the same wallet! Love it! minimal, but still holds all I need. Good video!
That is fantastic! I use older bags as well... but the baby stuff? Genius!
used diapers?
Pilot Truck stops had a bag looks like this for about 40 bucks instead of 129 bucks....
And the bag probly ant called nut sac
Love the baby bag trick! I used a similar idea to sneak candy into an advance screening of a movie and they were searching people’s bags for cameras. I crumpled some clean napkins across the pocket with the candy stash, and apologized to the security person for my “berry sduffy nodse” *dramatic sniffle and nose wipe* Operation gummy bear was a success
Might wanna throw some latex gloves in there. I always carry a pair im my edc bags
Great idea, actually. There are a ton of realistic scenarios where you might need to touch something you wouldn't want skin contact with.
I stopped wearing a paracord bracelet, got a bigger one and now wear it on my ankle. More cordage and no one knows it's there.
I carry a small fastrope bundle on all of my key sets. They are different colors, which makes it easy for me to grab the right keys quickly. The paracord can be deployed in about 5 seconds, and, if I'm back in practice, rewound in about 10.
City prepping,
Regardless of how much you stuck out do you feel like all your gear is just jumbled up as to before when it was compartmentalized? I have a 5.11 rush Moab 10 that doubles as a diaper bag and edc gear. I think it's perfect
i do miss the compartments of the 5.11. but i like how much lighter and smaller this one is. trade off i suppose.
Everybody usually picks on me when I carry my EDC tells me I'm carrying a pocketbook LOL
Prepper Bob just remember that you'll be the one laughing when an emergency actually occurs.
i call it my man purse! ;)
Prepper Bob I was told it's a Murse . Man purse. Lol
Agn Dude, if you laugh in emergencies you probably need to check yourself in somewhere.
City Prepping I've heard men call it that before. 😂😂 I love the idea of carrying cash behind your phone cover. Awesome idea!
Thank you, my friend. A lot of food for thought!
GREAT EDC BAG THANKS A LOT FOR SHARING SIR... GOD BLESS YOU !!!!
Thoughtful and thought provoking.
nice choices, I need to get a better bag so I can carry all the items I want and have them organized
I am currently wheelchair bound, due to surgery. I carry an EDC bag + weapon(s).
You should do a video of your bag and why. Weapons is up to you. (Personally people's weapons are really no one's buidness)
The hardest part to posting on the internet with your name, like I do, is that you arent safe if the people who knows you are on the net also, finding out what you carry or have on you.
If I carry a gun, knife, or deer musk, I wouldnt post it. 🤔
Rebecca Massengale I agree. I'm not joe king either.
How many weapons can you carry on the wheelchair (minus the wheelchair itself)? I must know
Harman, the World is changing.
That's a really nice NutSac! I have one for disc golf, but I had no idea they made ones for different purposes...
they have several sizes...really nice bags.
City Prepping
Yes, I went on to their website, just after your post earlier today, and picked up a rad bag- I mentioned your channel , I hope you don't mind...
cool...thanks for referencing me. they're really quality.
And the armor offers more padding for the laptop ! tjl
Thanks for this. Long time subber!
You NEED to carry a small compass!
I think the pc term is "man purse" lol you will blend-in in any city, especially the coasts, where the snowflakes reside
amazing videos as usual hun.
+Satan great hearing from you as always. Glad you enoyed it!
I have similar content + :
- hand sanitizer (very small one)
- pocket toothbrush (how many times I didn't came back home after going to someone's place...)
- umbrella (a lot of rain here)
- basic painkillers (half of the one I used in my bag was for others but it's always handy).
Thanks for sharing you gave me some ideas great video.
You could also add a large sandwich bag and a straw that way in a situation where you have to fill up for water and leave you have a extra litre you can grab bang a tablet in and go saving your water bottle just a thought
if you're in California your best choice for a grayman EDC is an anime cheap bag :v
hahaha :)
Not a bad idea actually
I live in California. In LA (unfortunately). More people in my area carry these sort of "messenger" style bags than anything else. Every baseline is different. If you're in Little Tokyo, by all means, wear a backpack that looks like a pikachu. Haha.
JD Grayman here at least in my highschool messenger bag are uncommon actually i'm the only guy who carry a bag like this but i surprinsingly don't draw attention that much.
Crunchy Roll bag here
"Doesnt draw attention" bro its called a NutSac
ha...as long as people don't focus on the logo, we're all good ;)
Can't wait to see All American Peppers response to your Nutsac purse....LOL
+Kelly Heafner hahaha...srsly
I liked it. I live in the same area. I carry something similar. It's just a knock-off Amazon bought bag. Works though.
Sweet EDC my friend
I like my EDCs to be discreet too. As much as I love tactical and military looking stuff, I generally want my civilian life to look... well, civilian. so I tend to carry around a business satchel which is useful. I'm looking to move to a regular backpack like the kind teens take to High School mainly as satchels get annoying for me all the time.
Nice one 👍 good to see what other people carry just subscribed 👍 jonah from Scotland
welcome to the channel!
Get a backpack NOT a messenger bag. The reason being if one has to carry it for a long time, then it is more comfortable (and efficient) to carry on the back as opposed to off the shoulder. Pro-tip: make sure it has a decent waist strap.
Very informative. I carry a large shaving kit bag , myself.
Very good video, subscribed to so I can watch the rest over Xmas brake
Wow, that’s a lot of electrical dependant kit. Essential? The rest is very compact! I’ve tried smaller backpacks 20kg. I’ve stayed with a predominately back grey 25kg one. As a woman I’ve found too many people have tried to get my normal shoulder looking bag away from me. Not so with a backpack. 💜
This man is so tactical
EDC bag = Grandma's purse They have everything. You're missing a plastic baggie with hard candy and you're good to go.
Went to sight where you bought your bag...want to get one for my husband which one did you purchase...thank you for the imfo
+puppypaws LPS This is the one I got: www.nutsacbags.com/product/sac-daddy ... I'm really loving the quality.
In my area (not only my town) having an EDC bag immediately makes you not a grey man, no matter how subtle the bag. People here don't carry bags, other than shopping bags.
I’ve got to get an EDC,bag, on the road I keep my stuff in a ammo can.The only pack I own(with frame,is a large Alice Pack.
It makes it very easy in finding and ordering.
that's awesome to hear...they really are great. glad you're enjoying it.
Nice! Thanks for sharing.
I've had a Mad Dash bag since I learned what a Minute Man was in sixth grade.
Can you explain how to prep for a volcano eruption and what's best to do stay in or bug out I live in Mexico and have a few volcano's around
NutSac, haha. Even with the name, I like the bag. I love the colors, the leather base, and the size. It would make a great laptop bag for me.
+Jesse Sisolack yeh, that's my primary purpose using it: for my laptop when going to business meetings. Nice bag.
Oh nice, this is really similar to what I've been doing, though mine has a few more items on the defense side due to where I live.
True you don't stand out, but you also look mighty tasty. ;-)
I do carry a more bonafide iFAK in my bag and some of the velcro computer cable straps.
I like backpacks more than messenger bags. But that last back pack looked intense.
yeh, that last bag stuck out badly. i do like backpacks, but this one works well with my business. go with works for you.
