- I have wanted one of these mixers for years! I have a couple of Kitchenaid mixers, and while they are good, they also have some limitations. One is large batches of heavy bread or cookie dough tend to overheat them.
The Nutrimill Artiste can handle a large capacity, and mixes from the base, not from above. Also from my research, it tends to handle scraping the sides and bottom of the bowl better.

I purchased a cheap knock off of this style for $60 and it is 600 watts, lightweight and trustworthy. I love it so much, I ordered a second one. Much better than my 100 lb kitchen aid! Nice video!

So excited for you! My KitchenAid has been quite irritating lately(overheated while trying to do a double batch of dough) , it has always been my go to. I've been on the fence for this one, we are officially "empty nesters". Can't wait to see you use it and see how it performs.

Vickie how exciting you now have this mixer. I have one too. Is yours 500 watts? More power than Kitchen Aid mixers, I'm quite sure. I own one of these. love it so much! I have done 5 loaves of cardamom Bread at a time. Enjoy this machine and happy baking😊 your Florida friend
Yes, mine is 500 watts, so I will have to limit it’s use to when the sun is shining since we are off grid. But I would normally use something like this in the morning, so it shouldn’t be a problem.
Vickie, this looks wonderful. I am needing to replace my KitchenAid and may consider this only drawback for me is all my attachments that I have and use. TY!
Yes, I also have attachments, so I will keep one of the kitchenaid mixers for that reason, but use this for the heavier work.
