    Prayers for probation but if Jumpsuit is gone for a bit we can support him by rewatching his old videos with the commercials. Maybe we can keep him afloat while he’s gone.
    Thanks for helping Jumpsuit.

      I don't get it. He is lying. He got out of prison, jumped a drug dealer and now is gaslighting y'all telling you he changed and you believed it. This wasn't a bar fight. The receipts are out there. Having a UA-cam channel doesn't excuse you from being a POS. If he didn't learn after 10 years, next time he needs money, what if he comes to your house?

    • @lostcamper
      @lostcamper 11 місяців тому +2

      @@Willow-as-Phoenixhere's the thing...the whole barfight thing never happened. There is no pending court case in ANY South Carolina court, criminal or civil, regarding Paul White aka jumpsuitpablo

    • @Willow-as-Phoenix
      @Willow-as-Phoenix 11 місяців тому +1

      @@lostcamper That may be true. But he did indeed jump a drug dealer shortly after he got out of prison. The cops were called. I also know the victim refused to press charges so perhaps that is why you can find no record. The only reason I feel like he needs to be called out is cuz he is acting like a reformed convict that learned his lesson. He didn't. He was breaking the law before, during and after prison. If he wasn't making money off social media I guarantee he would be selling drugs and robbing whoever he could. All the little old ladies who comment on his page and praise him for being "such a nice young man' should know that he is no less a thug now than he was when traumatized victims he robbed at gunpoint before prison. For someone so against"capping" he sure sucks at keeping it real. Man has no honor or code. Wish he would just own who he really is.

      Colorado does a decent job at trying to get you to a camp, and at least somewhat reintegrated with society.
      I recall the end of my bit, having been on violent level 3/4 yards at Sterling and Wallenberg, just hitting Delta was a trip.
      I so clearly remember my first day there, hop off the bus with an 8 inch Mohawk, tattooed and muscled up….
      The captain immediately pulled me into his office and said: either the Mohawk goes or you go!

      @@Dr_Coe yep :( its so crazy to see the change. My little brother who is 25yro now, locked up from 20 to 23 for kidnapping and robbery (he got damned lucky he didnt get 8yrs) was in Belmont in Ohio and in just over two years he became a completely different person. Belmont is a baaad place and that guys not built like that. Physically, mentally or emotionally.
      He still doesnt like to be away from our mom for too long, has these really bad panic attacks if his dog shows signs of being sick or unhealthy, drinks like a fish and has anger issues now.
      Prison took my little brother from me.
      Im 42 so Ive always seen him as another son in a way, my oldest boy is actually older than he is. He needed me growing up because our parents are abusive losers who use their kids as financial resources, but I feel like I failed that guy and still cant help him. Couldnt save him then and cant now.

    If convicted the judge will look at the presumptive range and decide if and what time will be done by Pablo. There is a prescription on how the judge handles it all with some leeway if the judge gives any. Hopefully, his attorney can argue that he was fresh out and made 1 slip up but quickly learned his lesson and moved his life forward instead of a whole chain of mistakes.

    I'm so surprised that Ian is so tall!! He needs to boost up his chair or something to show that. I was under the impression that he was about 5'5". I was a high school teacher and I see a lot of my past students in you two. Circumstances and decisions took good kids and sent them on the wrong path. It is encouraging to hear how one person along the way made a difference. I hope I did that for some of them. I wanted nothing more than for them to have the good lives that you two have now found. I hope that Pablo will get a judge who feels the same way. Pablo has proved the last few years that he is now on the right path, so sending him back for punishment in prison would really be counterproductive. When you both described how you were trained to live in prison it reminded me of the military. They are trained to kill at war. But, when they get out of the military, there are VA hospitals to help treat them for what that experience did to them. I know there are those that would say that you committed a crime and the military guys didn't, but both experiences are hard and harmful physically and mentally. All humans need to be able to get help when they need it.

    20:40 What JSP describes here is no different from exiting a combat theater, hitting the pavements in an allied country's US base, before heading out to stateside, and the eventual ETS'ing out. At allied base, you're still jumpy as hell, trouble sleeping, reacting to inbound aircraft, head constantly on a swivel, get annoyed with any tiny or minor infractions, readjusting to your military bearings (new butter bars w/0 combat wanting their snappy salutes) until you rotate back to stateside bases, and the cycle continues, but now you have fellow combat troopers tapping on your shoulders advising you, ease up, your safe, you're ok, and eventually start winding down enough that your COC start giving you extended leave, but somewhere along the way you start experiencing PTSD attacks. It takes 3-5 years to make functioning adjustments, but PTSD is the boogy man always clinging to your back side, some nights are bad, others not so bad. You change, you're selective where you sit, you avoid crowds, at times you're eyeballing small obstructions on the roadways, and making sure you're not driving over an IED. It takes time to be a functioning citizen after being plucked out of a world that has completely shocked your body and mental fitness.

    I realize it was only a brief comment, but thanks for mentioning jail and prison as 2 distinctly seperate entities. If you haven't already, could you do a video explaining the differences? It seems a lot of folks don't get that there IS a difference between jail and prison. Thanks.

      Prison is where you go after sentencing. Jail is where you go after getting arrested. That was simple.

      @@micahrowe If you are sentenced to less than 1 year, you do not go to prison. You stay in jail. Unless you get picked up on a parole violation or something like that, and were previously in prison for said charge, you would go back to prison.

    Great interview. Pablo had not adjusted to being out, understandably. Once time passed and he adjusted, he gradually moved ahead in a positive and productive way. Anyone shooting him down has no understanding of what living in prison is like. Also, he has a right to disclose his personal life and/or failures as he sees fit, same as the rest of us. He paid his time and owes us nothing. Period. Best of luck, Pablo. I hope the judge or jury sees it in the same light. You deserve a break to continue doing good in this world full of evil. Christ and his father only know a man's heart and they will decide his outcome from his walk in life. We are not to judge a man's heart when we have no way to see what is inside. 😊 God bless you brother.

    2 concerns if you go back and you can't let things slide, as you say, then whatever you do can add time! So how do you stick up for yourself without adding more time? 2nd concern, you shouldnt have brought up about how you MAY have had a knee-,jerk reaction because the incident happened in April, 3 months after you got out. Indicating you could have acted out, BUT if you were attacked first, then could it be self defense? I think this part of video is going to come up in court. But I truly am asking God to help you, because you have changed!!! You need a God miracle and I am praying you get it!!! I love that you reconnected with family and nieces and nephews and have a wonderful relationship with your girlfriend! God Bless you!

    Pablo is 100% right after doing a long time in a penitentiary you get out you keep that mentality of being in the penitentiary for quite a while some of the things stay with you forever. I remember one time the last time I got out standing at the mall doors Waiting for them to open so I can go in because independent all the doors are locked and the guards buzz the door open for you to go through. I remember standing there saying the fuck am I doing I can go in here. It’s not easy getting your mind out of the jail house mentality . Hopefully you can get a house arrest or no time considering you have made such a good effort to stay on the law biding citizen.

    Talking about those steel beds man, I can’t sleep in a bed now. Ever since i came home i sleep in a chair because a bed is its like, too comfortable and it makes me sleep in a different way. I have to sleep lightly so i can react with no warning. It was an adjustment i just could not make. The chair was the only place i could sleep the way i feel comfortable sleeping.

    then i stumbled across the jail phone calls.. i immediately subscribed.
    he's got my attention.
    you both do. i wish you both all the best of luck.. much success & a life of happiness. i pray he does not go back to jail.. that would really suck..

    Y'all are fortunate. Most of the time in NC, anything over 90 days you go to prison. Especially if it's a felony. But you do get more freedom in the pen as opposed to county. None of it is fun or worth glorifying in any way though.
