No doubt he’s going to have issues having all parents and the system meant to protect him fail completely at doing so. It’s rare to not be apathetic and completely subdued by demons under such circumstances. JD, we should create a support system for formally incarcerated people. I wasn't in nearly as long as you were, but I definitely remember how hard it was when I got out. I got released at three in the morning with no phone and no money. I walked nine miles to get back to the place I lived before I got locked up, and thankfully I was allowed to stay there for a while. I couldn't find a job because of my record and I had no money, so I damn near starved to death those first couple of months. I would have been screwed if my mom hadn't taken me in for a couple of months later until I got a job and got on my feet. When they lock people up for extended periods of time and just push them out the door in the middle of the night with nothing, it's no surprise that so many people end up going back. There needs to be some kind of system in place for people that want to change and do right. They should not have to go through what I went through, and many people out there have it a lot worse than I did.
In Alaska the only way they can put him back in jail is if he 1. If he showed positive for drugs/alcohol, missing a meeting with his parole officer or committing a new crime.3. Failing to comply with laws and ordinances 3. Failing to go to court appointed rehabilitation program if told to do so.hope this helps.

I've personally been a adoci inmate and the majority of the facilities up there are privately owned by the elite's and public officials, so the state pays for every bed with a body in it! So their not in any hurry to leave one empty! I did 36: months in Wildwood pretrial waiting to go to court over a bar fight in Seward.
Parole stipulations are basically the same, but every P.O has the right to impose different restrictions on each pedo. For instance, in IL, NO felon cant have a "fighting" dog even if you dont have an animal case. Alaska probably made a rule up just to violate him...
My dad used to say the “parole boards” that violate you are kind of a kangaroo court where they are judge jury and executioner and they can basically violate u for anything anytime

Man, when I had an ankle monitor on, that thing would fuck up all the time. I would have to literally keep it plugged in to the wall while I was sleeping and if I rolled over while sleeping it would die and they would call because they lost connection and they were complete assholes to me trying to accuse me of breaking it off. I had to have it replaced.. complete pain in the ass. Free the Avenger!!

Jelly Roll is a distant cousin of a friend of mine. I met him him about twenty years ago when he was still rapping on the underground circuit. I partied with him a couple of times. He is a really cool dude that busted his ass for years to get where he is. I'm super happy for him, and I have nothing but respect for the dude.
And the Alaskan Avenger saved Jelly Roll from a chomo that happened to be married to my cousin. She divorced him and was dating Jelly Rolls uncle but he was killed by a drunk driver that was an old war buddy of the Alaskan Avenger s great grandfather and he was married to JD's great grandmother's best friend and her daughter used to be married to the warden of the prison that the Alaskan Avenger was locked up in. There were a few comments that he made during his interview with you that I cringed. Not that I disagreed, but he should have considered that someone monitoring him would have thought that some of the things he said were unrepentant and defiant. The last thing he should be doing is drawing unwanted attention to himself. It's one thing to have CIs snitching on what you're doing, but recording yourself and then broadcasting it; that's just begging for trouble. Hopefully it's the ankle monitor and he'll be out for Thanksgiving.

💯 I'm super sad 😔 but unfortunately, not so surprised. Like many others have stated, I saw this coming as he got more and more into things and more raw and real. I saw another comment that I somehow lost about how he was coming across super angry and unapologetic, and even threatening, in some of his latest content and I agree. JD, we should create a support system for formally incarcerated people. I wasn't in nearly as long as you were, but I definitely remember how hard it was when I got out. I got released at three in the morning with no phone and no money. I walked nine miles to get back to the place I lived before I got locked up, and thankfully I was allowed to stay there for a while. I couldn't find a job because of my record and I had no money, so I damn near starved to death those first couple of months. I would have been screwed if my mom hadn't taken me in for a couple of months later until I got a job and got on my feet. When they lock people up for extended periods of time and just push them out the door in the middle of the night with nothing, it's no surprise that so many people end up going back. There needs to be some kind of system in place for people that want to change and do right. They should not have to go through what I went through, and many people out there have it a lot worse than I did.

In Alaska the only way they can put him back in jail is if he 1. If he showed positive for drugs/alcohol, missing a meeting with his parole officer or committing a new crime.3. Failing to comply with laws and ordinances 3. Failing to go to court appointed rehabilitation program if told to do so.hope this helps.

I would have to literally keep it plugged in to the wall while I was sleeping and if I rolled over while sleeping it would die and they would call because they lost connection and they were complete assholes to me trying to accuse me of breaking it off. I had to have it replaced.. complete pain in the ass. Free the Avenger!!

There were a few comments that he made during his interview with you that I cringed. Not that I disagreed, but he should have considered that someone monitoring him would have thought that some of the things he said were unrepentant and defiant.
The last thing he should be doing is drawing unwanted attention to himself. It's one thing to have CIs snitching on what you're doing, but recording yourself and then broadcasting it; that's just begging for trouble.
Hopefully it's the ankle monitor and he'll be out for Thanksgiving.
