- "Sumos" is a fan-favorite custom game mode that turns Paladins into a massive pillow fight with 4 tanks and 1 support on both teams! This game mode unfortunately had to be retired when anti-healing was turned from an item to a passive, but in the Valor's End update, Evil Mojo added the ability to disable the anti-healing passive in custom games! This means Sumos are back on the menu, and they're just as fun as ever!

Sumo should be in game whould be hella fun
Terminus counters Ruckus ult and Khan ult and has siphon that basically is a shield. Ash has knockback, aoe, no reason to get wrecker against her, and lifesteal card. You have two good point tanks one is a shield (only person needed wrecker against) and one is a deployable.
So that comp wasn't bad at all. Its the better sumo comp.
Terminus can easily pressure all the enemy tanks.
how does terminus counter khan's ult tho? id literally the other way around
They should add card levels to custom matches too, like enabling cards up to level 7 or even more with settings.. I never had so much fun in Paladins than before playing max level cards, some characters become insane.
It's funny to think that they could have tried to kill you when you ulted over the point as you were technically contesting also Torvald ult is a ton of fun in Sumos
Makoa low sustain in sumos? Boi he heals 1k per enemy hit by his dash and he can reset his dash for each enemy hit so yea, hes crazyyyy

indeed, with her denying an ally to die and fully healing it would be amazing
Rei would be really op i think because you could go restrain and block the heal on one of their tanks completly and she gives a lot of ult charge and dr with her cards, she also can reduce one ennemy damage by 20% with one of her card
Should try Seris with agony since. Would be cool dmg and heals
maybe a damba gourd spam build would work well in sumos? (also i wish i had friends in south america to play this with)

the meta for sumos is so much different than normal meta, like life rip isnt a waste of credits on some champs in sumos. when’s the last time you heard of someone buying life rip?

It is just me or... did they nerf grohk's base healing from 270 to 256?? ( ﾟーﾟ)
I did it with unti healing and i got 330k my love grohk btw u need to change some cards from your loudout , like ghost walk give totum cooldoun
That's a throw card, it only reduces the cooldown of 1 of the 3 totems.

@@ammarghannam2154 I mean the card itself isn't that bad, but when comparing it with his others good cards (like the 30%+ movespeed in totemrange card at 5, which you should be running for all talents (at least in ranked)), you would need to make sacrifices to make it fit into a loadout. But if you like playing with it and it works for you then don't let me keep you down and have fun.
Inara dies 2 times » Ruckus dies 15 times, Makoe 14 and Raum 11... yeah we know whos the best tank in the game xD
Antiheal ruins this game for me im not even kidding... It would be so much more fun having normal healing in every game (maybe remove rejuvenate as well but the default healing values are cool)

Grohk in sumos is def cheating, he has a lot of aoe healing plus with the talent you are basically non stop topping off tanks, while Furia, even tho she has also a small aoe healing, its nothing compared to Grohk, even if she gets her cooldowns low.
With a name like "Sumos", seems like the goal should be to push people off the point rather than kill. Onsalught would be more fitting. At the very least, Onslaught would solve the issue of matches taking too long. I would even accept TDM on Throne. Or perhaps Dragon Arena, where everyone fights in the tower and getting knocked off is considered dead. Or if you must stick with Siege, set the starting score to 3-3. (if that's possible)
Also, seems pretty silly that you're not allowed to kill supports but supports are allowed to kill.
Supports also arent allowed to kill. they are allowed to just do damage. which is fair, otherwise the game would take even longer unncessarily. Onslaught is set time, so its more restrictive. setting the score to 3-3 would make the game last very short, and basically would boil down to 1 long teamfight.
