AMAZING CHEESECAKE BROWNIES! (Baking with 4 Kids)

- Hey guys! Welcome back to another baking video! This is probably my favourite one yet, just because of Eduardo. He makes me laugh so much without even trying! 🤣 Today we made raspberry cheesecake brownies. They were delicious, and very moreish! Let us know if you bake them! xoxo Anna
// INGREDIENTS //
(Makes 16 squares)
Brownie base:
200g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
200g unsalted butter
250g caster sugar
4 eggs, beaten
110g plain flower
Cheesecake topping:
400g cream cheese
150g caster sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 drop vanilla extract
120g raspberries
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius and line a 22 x 22 x 8 cm tin with baking paper.
For the brownie base, melt the chocolate in a bowl set in a saucepan of simmering water. Remove and allow to cool slightly.
Cream the butter and sugar together until pale and thickened. Add the eggs gradually, then add the flour and finally stir in the melted chocolate. Spread the mixture evenly in the tin.
For the topping, whisk the cream cheese and sugar together, then mix in the eggs and vanilla. Spoon this mixture on top of the brownie mixture and scatter over the raspberries.
Bake for 45 mins until almost set but still slightly wobbly. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
