- As with all our guitar videos, this is best heard with headphones-laptop speakers can't do the guitar justice. We shoot all our guitar videos just by setting up a camera and mic in the middle of our retail store during quiet moments.
Sounds in leagues with some of the best boutique built guitars I've heard.... Certainly the best Taylor I've heard demoed on-line. How does the Taylor custom shop differ from the mainstream line in terms of construction techniques?

customs aren’t too horrible price wise if you keep them simple. john has an amazing reputation and always has the best prices. the one one their page is slightly different - it is a GC adirondack/cocobolo. the one in thais video is a GC 12 fret lutz/cocobolo
Intonation seems off
Ok, I hope my listening to this through Martin Logan Vista's, a Rotel Class D 500 WPC power amplifier, an SVS subwoofer meets with your approval. So, thanks for the advice as to how we should listen to your video. Now I have some advice for you. Mic yourself better. When you dramatically lower the volume of your voice as you speak, going for that Oscar I would imagine, your voice drops to almost inaudibility. So speak up, or get the microphone closer to your pie-hole.
