Absolutely beautiful, aesthetically and sonically. Perfect pieces to showcase the guitar, too. Heirloom for sure. The story behind it makes me glad I’m a fanboy. Thank you for sharing it, gentlemen.
I am so glad that Bob Taylor used his power and influence, not to abuse the environment and make a cash grab, but instead to Protect the environment, and Inform the guitar world of the importance of conservation. He treated us as adults, and not idiots that couldnt understand the importance of valuing and protecting Ebony, Mahogany and Koa, etc. Proud to be a Taylor owner. Even moreso since part of the guitar is from my own country.
That demo by Coop was on another level. I’ve been dabbling a long time, and hopefully soon I’ll be able to sign up for some lessons and learn how actually play-play.
I bought my 724 CE 2 months ago and I love the Koa patterns on it and the Elixir strings....was so dissapointed to hear Taylor was changing over to D'Addario strings. Nothing against the brand...I've just been a lifelong fan of Elixr because of the sound...feel and ease of play. As soon as yall get a guitar that has D'Addario can you do a comparison video with one strung with Elixr. And do you know the exact Elixr strings on the 724CE Koa so I can order me up some before they dissappear. Enjoy your videos...keep up the good work!
So....whose talents match a $13,000 guitar? Cooper Greenberg's. Still drying the tears. I can only assume that you composed those pieces. A couple of chords in there stopped me in my tracks -- one looks like a diminished chord with an F sharp root, and the other, a chord with a B flat root. Wow. I will definitely go back and listen again. Just amazing.
I recently purchased a beautifully figured and bookmatched 724. I removed the pickguard as it looks far better without it. It has a similar look to catch 26, less some of the flaming. Awesome guitar playing Cooper! Love the channel!
I love Taylor guitars and that one is certainly beautiful looking and sounding. I'm sure the price on your website is fair, but it's way out of my league. I'll have to settle for my Taylor 214ce with laminated koa sides and back. 😄
I can't find online what is meant by pre war bracing. Has nothing to do with this post but would you guys make a video on Martin bracing mainly pre war bracing
Oh so right. My wife agreed to let me get a new guitar for my birthday, Christmas or anniversary and have it come from her. They will be given to grandchildren and children that play. That way they get a guitar Grandpa played. 😅
Such a masterpiece, enjoy seeing guitars being made like this. So artisnal. Tensions must be very high when someone needs to be chosen to go to hawaii to bring back some wood.
I agree it’s a beautiful and special guitar, but come on Taylor, its over-hyped to the tune of at least $5 Grand. It’s priced right at around $8K to $9K. I guess it’s a halo guitar…showing off the custom shop with little expectation of selling any of them.
Best guitar you had so far loved the sound but it you give copper a guitar from k mart it will sound great it not the guitar that makes a player it's the PLAYER 😂
Super beautiful! But, as beautiful as it is, plugged into a board or amp, the ES2 system on this one will sound the same as a 314e. Just not wealthy enough to look at guitars as more than tools for a job. For the person that is wealthy enough, and buys this beauty, ENJOY! (I never begrudge success).

Cooper, brother! It was pure pleasure to the ears, heart and soul to hear you play this stunningly gorgeous guitar. Thank you. Such talent!!

What a beauty! Love the koa and rosewood. Cooper does justice to it.
Unbelievable sound and absolutely beautiful.
Gorgeous.
Just too beautiful!

That is so so kind of you. Some new stuff I’ve been working on! Very glad you like the chords.

Think the sound is even more beautiful than the beautiful guitar. An incredible guitar.
I have a Koa/cocobolo that's nice but your Koa is absolutely beautiful

$12,999?-I won’t pay more than $11,999!
Guitar is beautiful, cooper's playing is amazing
Whoa!

Such a treasure should be given to Cooper because he does it justice.
I bet Manny would like that one too!
It's not about the koa or moa, it all about the sound buddies
Do you think my wife would notice if I traded in our 2013 Honda Accord...
Can I gloss a 724ce to look like this without damaging it?
huge fan of your make video on kepma please i cannot aford one so watching is best option
It looks beautiful but sounds like my dream.
beauty🤗
Ok, in love❤
Gorgeous. Can it Chug? 😂
Marketing Ad: " Like it , Buy it........less the nursing homes & relatives will get"🤣😆🤣

Nice guitar but doesn't sound like the Martin Koa from last year
Absolutely art work. Very beautiful and very expensive, art usually is.
I love koa my gs mini is koa, I love the wood , i would love to have this model minus the fancy embellishment and inlays 14:59
Nice , however, have a price limit on ANY guitar I buy. Steak is Steak and it only gets so good. (IMO)🎸

Nice, but I want a new one still in the box. 😂
And...it's already sold 😢
Honestly, I buy far too many guitars because of the wood ... this is dead on. If means were there ...
Best guitar you had so far loved the sound but it you give copper a guitar from k mart it will sound great it not the guitar that makes a player it's the PLAYER 😂
Please, somebody buy this and gift it to Iam Tongi
Yes very beautifull no doubt play unplugged sounds very balance no boomy but ES 3 sounds harsh and muffled and makes the guitars sounds cheap !!
im not paying more than $12,998
It’s a beautiful guitar no doubt. But really Taylor???!! Some of us have to work for a living.
Don't waste your money, buy a Breedlove.
Who cares about taylor
Since you watched the video, it seems that you do… ?
