This week is all about the ‘shrooms as Brad takes a trip to Seacoast Mushrooms for a look at their cultivation process with owner Chris Pacheco. Afterwards, Brad heads home to the backyard to prepare one of his favorite smoked mushroom dishes, featuring five varieties of his fungal friends. Far out, man.

@Robbie Knight Gordon Ramsay is only played up in TV. Behind the Scenes he's a genuine sweet heart. He loves people with a passion for cooking, but he has no patience for people who build themselves up to be amazing chefs when the best they can cook is mediocre. For brad, He'd get a bit nervous about how fermentation goes. but Brad's love for the craft would make him smile, I'm sure.
I've never smoked mushrooms. Usually I just eat an eighth. Gonna have to try this out.
I think a cool future episode would be on sunflower seeds. I can see brad preparing, smoking and seasoning some interesting flavored sunflower seeds like with miso or a garlic concoction or whatever brad does
