i have never in my life gotten a heater on set, i am so glad that you got that cause you feel like such an object. i quit modeling as well 6 years ago and i hear so many good things about modeling lately it makes me so happy for everyone ❤
Feeling ashamed of your face and body because you know the way you look is reflective of unhealthy habits when you’re struggling, even though nobody else thinks you look bad, is something I feel so deeply. For me it’s so embarrassing, because I know I’m not taking good enough care of myself. I convince myself everyone is talking about me behind my back and pitying me but they won’t say anything to my face because they’re scared they’ll damage me more. It’s entirely exhausting! I don’t think many people understand the real impact of body dysmorphia. It stole my teenage years and now continues to plague me in early adulthood. I don’t think I’ll ever shake it.

Ive heard you say in a previous video that you didnt feel you 'deserved' to be in some rooms. The extreme sudden insecurity about yourself during fashion week and in conversation with certain 'more important' people may be a reflection of feeling youre not 'enough' or 'deserving' enough to be in those spaces. and because you already have insecurities about your looks its easy for those subconcious beliefs about not being enough/worthy/deserving/ to be channeled into physical insecurity. You need to remember where your worth and deservingness comes from, its inherent in you and all of your amazing qualities that are unrelated to your looks. I could be completely wrong though lol
I think the reason you don't like photoshoots/like that it makes you aware of how you look is because you are unhappy with how you look and would rather not pay attention or deal with that unhappiness and just push it aside but personally I really don't think you have any reason to feel that because you are sooo beautiful!! Once you gain that confidence in yourself, I'm sure you'll enjoy photoshoots much more :)

i felt a lot like madz for a long time (years) until i got my dream job (working with children) and i can say i'm the happiest version of me now i LOVE my job it's the thing that gets me out of bed on days that seem impossible so trust me go for that job!!
i think becase you got done dirty by your ex you now have this feeling that you are not good enough/ugly etc.. it's very common to happen after smt like that, you should read about it and no you are actually very pretty not saying this because im a fan or whatever ;)

I wish they were readily available in my place. Microdosing was my next plan of care for my husband. He is 59 & has so many mental health issues plus probable CTE & a TBI that left him in a coma 8 days. It's too late now I had to get a TPO as he's 6'6 300+ pound homicidal maniac. He's constantly talking about killing someone. He's violent. Anyone reading this Familiar w/ BPD know if it is common for an obsession with violence.

With your chronic illnesses, you might consider outdoor activities, such as golf, tennis, pickleball, fishing, jogging, etc. Lots of nice young people play golf in England and the U.S., for example. You have the money to hire an instructor to teach you an outdoor activity.
