You jack up a little like a jump shot and take a rip at the cue ball with draw and left english. The cue ball will naturally jump over the 4 when done correctly. Those are shots you learn when you don't sti k to the fundementals. The fundamentals are good to know, but you learn alot of what should not be possible why you try dumb stuff.
