Really disappointed with the person holding the camera.
Its such an expensive flat but still no walk in wardrobe nor a jacuzzi or a single bathroom which could offer any luxury....bedrooms too small ....orher then sitting room and dining area, everything looks confusing.....dont think its higher floor........not worth even half the money of the asking price 😔🙏

Really you cannot go so fast with the camera. You could have taken your time and need not have shown the sitting area so many times. Rather that time should have been used in slow movements so people do not end up with a migraine. The sound👻👻👻. Please do not misunderstand. Just helping improving the video. House is beautiful. Love the French doors all over. And the leather walls at the back of the bed and on the cupboards🤗. Also the mirrors subdivided behind the dining and in the bedroom. Anyone gifting me this house 🏠😉.

What is wrong with the cameraman? Utterly unsatisfactory videography.
1st of all in BMC records it’s D N Nagar no mention of Juhu, calling a chicken a peacock doesn’t make it a peacock, most of the flat including the sitting room is facing some old buildings, 25crs for 3300 sq feet is the rate for Worli sea face not for D N Nagar, it’s just a showcase for furniture & no one pays for furniture as everyone has their own taste, ridiculous price for D N Nagar poor location
25 cr!!! That's a joke. Although the house is designed very well, if one is spending 25cr then one would expect a walk-in wardrobe in every room, and at least each room being sizeable. Al the rooms seemed least spacious. You could see the wardrobes being clustered. I think way too much money for such a space.
