Здравствуйте! А колёса задние от чего стоят?
У новых МТЗ уже хорошо сделано что хвостовик можно менять отдельно, вроде бы 8 болтиков открутил и поставил новый.
Я такой себе купил взамен старого, называется усиленный ВОМ, там ещё рабочая лента шире, ну и хвостовик меняется под разный шлиц без демонтажа всего ВОМа.

Здравствуйте, хорошо и красиво восстанавливаете свой трактор, может я что-то пропустил, так понял у вас открутилась гайка хвостовика, вы ее назад поставили или нет, и от чего она открутилась?

are you thinking about puting turbo kit on your mtz ?
Maybe in the future. I am thinking about hydraulic steering right now.
Is there clutch somewhere when you engage or disengage the PTO from lever or just on and off lever ?
Just on and off lever + under the seat there is a lever where you can completely turn off the PTO (the whole PTO assembly inside the gearbox) from turning.

That's the thing. I don't know anything about that tractor :).. And I learn the hard way, buying an old junk I have to repair all the time. But in the end I am quite happy, I gain some valuable lessons and get to know the hardware on all the aspects. And they still produce the same tractor today so I am quite comfortable around them now.. I used to be afraid of big hardware and repairing them..

I have a 825 belarus that I bought last year.. I'm learning the same way . Just take it apart.
Those export models (825) are made of better quality parts. So you are quite lucky and I hope you can work more than repair.

The transmission gear reducer keeps jumping out of low gear on mine . I have adjusted the linkage but no help... did this ever happen to yours? I don't want to take the cab off and split tractor.
I have a friend who's 9-th gear will not stay in after gearbox rebuild. He has developed a special way to hold his feet when driving, it's quit funny. He has a problem in the gear lever selectors, you can open that up without breaking the tractor apart. But you have to remove the cab floor to get to the selector cover.

Damn fine videos you are putting out, i have been wathching the belarus projekt for a while and i am starting to wonder if belarus is extreeme poor quality or if your machine is abused for a long time before your ownership?
Thank you. It was really abused by the previous owner.. But it has been a nice learning curve.
Скажите пожалуйста у меня перестал работать вом после снятия коробки до ремонта вом работал ленты крутили не помогло в промежутке 1000 500 переключаются может что то с рычагом который под сидением ?
540/1000 переключается под коробкой передач трактора. под сиденьем вы можете выбрать вом вкл / выкл и вом с учетом колес
Получается я рычаг под сидением в неправильное положение установил?спасибо.
@@vladnevaikin6730 Возможно, что он находится в нейтральном положении. Всегда разумно выключать ВОМ оттуда, когда вы его не используете. Тогда все подшипники в ВОМ не будут вращаться.

The only problem here was that the previous owner didn't change the gearbox oil.The oil has to be changed because these tractors have a non synchronized gearbox so there is a lot of grinding inside and as a result you get steel shavings in oil.And I mean alot of steel particles,I have the same tractor and I have seen that with my own eyes.Those particles get into bearings and wear them out as well as every other spinning assembly.You see how black and gunky everything is.That means the oil wasn't changed,probably never until it got to you.If the oil is changed properly these pto assembly's last forever
how often are you changing your oil every spring in 🇨🇦 we have to watch for the condensation building up so much in the casing that starts mixing with the oil and turning it milky

Holly f##k thoes pto parts were worn out 😮 . hade the zetor apart this summer changed the clutch and brakes .
That tractor must have done some crazy PTO stuff back in the soviet times.. I saw your videos. The brake stuff is quite complicated on the zetor, you have to open up quite a lot to get to the brakes.

I don't know. The hour meter is broken and who knows how many decades ago. It has lived a hard life and seen a lot in 30-35 years.

Belarusi nõrk koht ongi jõuvõtuvõll tavaliselt. Farmi omadel pidi aastas ikka mõned korrad jõuvõtuvõlli laiali võtma. Kitsad pidurilindid kulusid ka jube kähku läbi, siis läksid laiad peale need kestsid vähe kauem.
Võimalik. Mul nii palju kogemust ei ole veel. Ma tean, et linti ei tohi libisema lasta, siis tuleb küll kiiresti remont.

Peaks jah. Käis Maaritsas remondis. Peale seda ei jõudnud midagi tõsta ja vajub. Pump vahetati seal ise vahetasin silindri ja jagaja aga ei midagi. Vahetati ka õli anum. Äkki see mustust täis ja nüüd süsteemis mingid tükid ees.
Maaritsas kaks venda. Traktor läks sinna käigukasti või tagasilla kolinaga. Tagas tuli nii, et kõik töötavad asjad on vigased. Sulid sellised.
@@jaanusventsel281 hydrol on filter seal õli anuma peal. see lahti võtta ,siis on näha mis kollid seal sees elavad (kui elavad). miks seda anumat üldse vahetama peaks, see ju suur malmist kolakas.
Kui ma oskaks öelda. Nende meestega pole midagi teha. Käivad üle Eesti remintimas ja huiamas. Antsin iseg uued filtrid neile. Kui jagajat vahetasin tuli sealt lõpus tõkatit.
