I don’t get it. DJT wasn’t in office when the event happened. Nor was he in office when the NDA was signed. I’m sure the paperwork was falsified before he was in office. Its not this trial (the hush money trial) that the recent SCOTUS ruling applies to, it's the trial for inciting an insurrection and all of the election interference.
