This video is great! While I am not able to do the one pose (you know which) I did get a bit of lift on one side so I call that a success. What a great instructor! A serious flow with a not too serious guy! I hope to see another video from you soon!

Karen Truzman Yes at the first time and then a try again and again and again, and now it is work! 😊
Try doing different types of push-ups too. Find some tricep workouts.
