Great video thank you for sharing it. I have a question if I may. Why are you using PVC piping for the setup when you should be using Galvanized piping to cool down the superheated air passing through the pipes? Also, a note, you should place another line passing below the entry port (approx. 3-4 feet) before the filtration units with a drain valve to collect debris and other trash that will pass the curve to prevent it from entering the filters and such.
Yes it is PVC as it was already installed in the shop maybe 10 years ago and we just haven’t changed it because it works but we are aware it isn’t optimal. Also there is a drop just outside the booth with a drain valve.
Nice shop you have. i have the qc3 devilbiss mine just has the small beed cartage i cut it open put my own beads in .i also have a speedaire air dryer i run my air direct from the crank case a cooper coil into water and back out to my dryer another filler before it goes into the tank out my qc3 filter to milton purple hi flow ends 60 gallon 3.7 hp im gonna and u and me if you like i do shorts get way more views
