I've always looked at Milwaukee as being a suburb of Chicago. Friend's wife is from Kenosha and since the AMC plant shut down I'm sure it isn't the best place to live either. I call them Urban cesspools.

Yes this is horrible and I hope the family members cope with this easily but remember Chicago is 350 times worse. That city and even the whole state of Illinois is extremely violent I lived there for 5 years and before that I was in Ohio for 17 years been in Minnesota for 2 years. Not to long ago about 2-3 months Chicago news reported that it was the first time in many many years a shooting in 24 hours didn’t occur. When I heard that and compared that city to Minneapolis it’s night and day but hey what do I know im new here lol. I just hope we don’t get near that level ever. 🙏
Witness here - I was in this event when this happened just in this area with my family. I heard the gunshots across the street and I was very close to the range of shooting and possibly getting killed by the shooter. I witnessed a man getting shot and dying right infront of my very eyes all the while I was protecting my mom and my grandma behind me
This is insane!!! Our policeman 👮 are being shot and killed, and they are there to protect us, but whose protecting them??? Prayers for the officers who have been killed in the line of duty, and their families 💞🙏💜💙🙏💞
THANK YOU to all police officers, medical staff, firefighters, etc. who sacrifice their lives to keep us safe. Minneapolis politicians need to do better to protect YOU. This lawlessness is ridiculous. RIP to officer Mitchell. 😢

Saint Paul, MN 285,000
575 sworn officers
Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 660,000 people has 1,800 sworn officers.
