Struggling to decide between this version and the thermacool active+ version with the hot and cool head that requires seperate charging. Apparently the massage gun lasts longer but from your reviews it seems like the hot and cool performance of this one is better, especially the cooling.
It was awesome for the first 2 days. The third day, I charged it to full, unplugged it and put it in my case let it rest for the next day. Then I tried to turn it on but nothing happened, I tried plugging it but no light indicator at all! So i had to return it to amazon, guess my unit has a defective battery?

I didn't specifically compare the heating and cooling of both so I'll see about comparing them later.

Malfunction of some kind. Not enough info to really know what happened.

Some of the heads need to be charged and others will power off the massage gun.
