Hey there, good question! I like to just put an email together after we’ve texted and come to a rice based on the pics. The email details the start day and ETA, as well as the finishing day. I include the total price and ask politely in the email for 1/3 upfront and 2/3 upon completion. I give a total that includes everything…I keep it all upbeat, friendly, and intelligent. I like to email as a formality to assure they are entering a deal. It feels more substantial than a text.

I use moving blankets for transporting doors. Good protection.
