Great Videos, thanks for sharing. Can you make some videos on how you made the plug and the molds. I am an old time modeler and love seeing new techniques. I really want to figure this process out so I can make some planes that are not on the market. Keep up the great work!

In a couple of weeks we start a new super scale T-33 from scratch and its 65 " long fuse so quite a nice size. It's going to be 3-D designed with everything tested simulated and installed prior to making molds etc. So should be several months of tips & tricks to the initial flight. I also have a bunch of those videos in the Tucano series in my play list

Hello James..!! I agree with the question this user has posted. I have watched almost all your great videos and have learned a lot..!! In the Tucano build Part 2, you already have the mold halves finished and ready for lay-up. What I believe this person asking the question wants, and what I would like to see a video of also, is how you made those molds from scratch with all the alignment areas and how you got the shape(s) for the mold itself.
I watched the series on the "flimsy" cowl you made a mold of and learned a ot from that...thanks. In that video you already had a shape to work from...what I am requesting is a video on how to go from nothing at all, just a concept to a finished mold for laying up. Do you think a video such as this can be done..?? I hope I have explained this correctly enough for you to understand
Thanks very much. I have subscribed to the channel in hopes of more excellent videos coming out. I will be re-watching a lot more of the videos you have now...very informative.
      Cheers,
      Don

I've never thought to use a filler primer for the first layer. Awesome!
