    Some quick words of wisdom from a guy that does a lot of buying of equipment at auction and on Marketplace….Do yourself a favor and put together a basic emergency toolkit and keep it in the truck. You don’t need a full on service truck but a few essentials will go a long way in getting you out of a jam. Mine has saved the day countless times in various situations, it’s just a Bucket Boss tool roll that lives under the backseat with an assortment of hand tools, multi-meter, fuses, tape, wire etc…Anytime I run into a situation where I say to myself “gee sure would be nice to have a (insert tool name)” I put it in there for next time. Over the years I have managed to put together a pretty good compact kit that handles most situations encountered on the road without having to carry around my whole shop. You can thank me later…Keep up the good work!

    On a side note from my other comment. For the price it looks like you did well. It takes guts/bit of crazy to buy online sight unseen like that. Like you said, use it, clean it up and paint as you go, look for some regular rims and tires and you'll make money when it's time to sell. A warning though, unless you're upgrading to a bigger or nicer machine you won't sell it lol. They're just too dang handy

    Pretty good deal! Honestly looks like a nice unit other than those solid tires. That will make it ride absolutely horrible. But i guess most people love tracked machines and they ride about the same. I always preferred wheeled machines. Just what i am used to. Truck is looking great! I'm sure you are glad to have that.

    Nice pc. of equipment. could use something like that clearing land out at our lake house. By the way just really got some good shots of new truck lights, really like them and glad you got rid of dark ones on back. personally I think they should be illegal, in a good down pour rain you can not see people in front of you!! Have 05 SLT might change my headlights to what you got, gives an updated look. Ready for your next project.

    It's Not an old farm tractor. You're going to want to keep using the seatbelt, you'll get to turning and bouncing around and the seatbelt will keep you from bouncing and flying out of the cab possibly. That's why all modern skid steer's have a belt or flip down safety bar. If you bypass the safety switch you won't use the belt all the time like you should, plus you'll set a bad example for those watching. You're going to hate those rims and tires, that's one reason you got it for such a good price. Now get to work on one of them before your wife says no more lawn ornaments lol

    • @NockRanch
      @NockRanch  Місяць тому +3

      I talk like I'm going to bypass it, but I wont! Always worth buckling up as long as it's there. More to come!

      100% correct man! When you get bouncing around or roll it over or pop a wheelie you will be glad your belt is on.

      This. I have an old one with no safeties and still wear the belt. Learned my lesson once getting bucked around.

      @@coltonkruse2313a guy at work had one roll over on him. Broke literally most every bone on his body. It landed in him after her rolled it. He said he didn’t wanna move it but he kinda was forced to. Crazy. He’s lucky the fire department was like 1/2 mile away. We flipped it upright with a mini.

    Out of all the UA-cam people! You have the best Music! Andrew Camarata awesome videos as well! Don't you all just find taxes a little ridiculous? Our founding fathers didn't pay taxes! 1776 until Woodrow Wilson started the IRS and Federal Reserve Bank with the help from the creatures from Jekyll Island! He also ran the KKK from the White House! We have been suckered into paying taxes! Now just so you all understand we had bridges and roads way before taxes! Hello

    I'd venture to say it lived a hard life at a scrap yard or something similar. There's a big difference between 3000 hours of loading sand and 3000 hours of hard abuse. Solid tire machines are known to beat the life out of a machine. I'd suggest a tire swap ASAP. I know New Holland has service bulletins on common crack points when you run solid tires.
