I moved to philippines and I queue asia region and its mostly koreans, and they take quick play really serious, but in a casual serious way. it's really pleasant. High rank, KR server, quick play. It's like playing masters without comms.
I like Rawkus, he's a cool and confident dude. Some of these comments are weird af but whatever. He talked about MTG and Pokemon, two of my favorite games and he's 23 too! That's legit. He gets a thumbs up in my book.

i remember seeing something from paladins saying you needed a certain amount of experience on a number of heroes before entering ranked
imo, hitting level 25 is too low a threshold to start in ranked so raising that or adding more prerequisites would be a good start
Majidul - I don't see what the point of that is, if you go in at lvl 25 you would just get placed at your skill level just the same if u played at say lvl 100
