Hi! AR 60 player over here! I know you asked him but I thought I'd butt in😂 Generally speaking, they are both very good DPS. The main problem with Mavuika is that she is very party restrictive: she REQUIRES Natlan characters to work properly, so if you don't have Xilonen and Citlali I would advise you pull for Arlecchino instead. To give you a bit more insight on why she requires Natlan characters, it's because she fuels off Nightsoul (the lil fancy bar you get when you use Natlan characters' elemental skills basically) so if you use characters not from Natlan you can't utilize her to the fullest. That said though, waifu>meta, so if you like her better than Arlecchino, then go for it! Ultimately you play to have fun☺️

2 days ago was so funny cause first when I pulled I got weapons for 4wishes, then when I got a gold I thought it was her but I got qi qi and I was like " WTF!" And then after thati did my commission and I wished again but I only had enough for one wish and I thoguth I wouldn't get anyone but then outta no where it's a gold and I'm like " wait can I" and then mavuika just showed up and I was like " LFG!!"
