Chair Yoga for Nervous System Support ending with Facial Self-Massage

- Slow contralateral (cross-body or opposite limbs) movements of the arms and legs practiced in a relaxed way helps calm the nervous system and works both sides of the brain at the same time.
We end with a gentle massage of the face and ears.
The first half of the class is practiced seated in a chair. The second half we do some standing movements where you can use the chair for support.
